Leaseplan is now Ayvens and hopefully, my complaint will get a better response from the new business.This is the last straw, having to put out a negative review to Ayvens, the new owners of Leaseplan, the worst leasing firm I've had to deal with in 34 years of driving.Indifferent to any issue, little communication with garages, tyre replacement, and bodywork companies.They take ages to get anything done.They also give you a number to book your hire vehicle! That is not my job, surely? I've now been waiting nearly 3 weeks to have 4 tyre sensors replaced, a spare wheel ordered and a wheel TRIM ordered. That’s it and I’m still waiting.I’ve had 3 different excuses now.1. Waiting on parts2. No “ramp time” at the garage available3. Waiting on LeasePlan/Ayvens authorising workLeaseplan/ Ayvens rarely use the manufacturer as it’s possibly cheaper to use one-off garages and this also leads to lengthy repair times or poor workmanship.The reason I am waiting on sensors? The last repair at an independent tyre company tossed away the sensors when they replaced the tyres!! It’s a complete mess and has always been a drama for the past few years.I have no choice but to use them via our business contract, but you don’t so go elsewhere.Please do not use this leasing company.They are the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with.I've yet to have anyone contact me or speak to me about the numerous issues I've encountered over the past few years.This week was the last straw, hence a review of the “service” they offer.All they need to do is listen and manage folks' issues, communicate what's happening and make an effort, surely that's not too much to ask for?? Go elsewhere or wait forever and be treated like you don't exist, or until they are ready to make an effort.It must be costing them a fortune in hire vehicle charges. As an engineer, I need my stocked van back on the road asap.
The reason this is a 5 star rating is due to the brilliant support I have received from Mikki Green. She has been absolutely amazing. There have been a number of challenges to getting my car. Mikki escalated this and through her I have received the best customer service I could have hoped. for. Communication has been excellent and a can do resilient attitude to getting the best outcome for me in resolving the challenges along the way. Thank you
I have been dealing with Jason Chaplin, It is easy for me to contact him, and he responds quickly and professionally to all my queries. Our interaction has been easy and very transparent. The communication between receiving vans has improved over the past few years, to start this communication was poor, but is now very good. Any questions that are outside the ‘normal’ lease are answered very quickly, or answers are returned to me within a very appropriate time frame. I have been very pleased with the service that you have given me and am a very happy customer.
