Honestly, I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing a big order with this place!!!!Order arrived and was carefully placed in a room whist we waited for the installation.On starting the installation we opened the shower tray we purchased, we noticed some damaged under the protective film and hidden behind some edge padding.I took photos and sent them through and had no reply, I then sent a 2nd email and guess what... no reply.I then called them and was assured that they would look at the issue and call me back on the same day and guess what..... no callback. I then called the following day and was told they are really busy and would CALL me back to discuss this.Then out of the blue came a very poor email saying that I only had 48 hours to report any damage!!I have replied back stating my disappointment and had no reply.Irrelevant of the time the damage would still be there.My word of advice is say well away from this company, I wish I had gone elsewhere. Also, the customer service is extremely poor.Finally after almost over 4 months they reply.What a joke this company is.They had photos of the damage UNDER the protective film and still do not accept any responsibility. I selected a company for next day delivery on a toilet seat. They accepted the order, then emailed they could not deliver next day. So I cancelled the order and went to B & Q. My seat was broken and needed to be replaced Quickly.They said it would take up to 28 days to respond.Obviously, this business is not efficient, they are holding my money on false pretenses. Whilst the price was attractive its no use if thry can not deliver the goods.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE !! Ordered multiple items and paid for next day delivery , it didn’t turn up and when it did a week later it was all broken so had to send back with courier (when driver picked sink box up it rattled) I tried to contact to get a refund and you get no reply and just an email saying they are answering emails from over a month ago and you are now in a queue! It then says it can be another 28 days for the refund to be sent !

My order was not delivered but the company has my money. I have tried to contact bathroom house many times over email, phone and social media with no response. I would absolutely never recommend buying through this company - they take your money but don’t give you your order and refuse to answer any contact!!!
Ordered a shower screen on Monday 28th October and choose 3-5 working days delivery but still not been delivered a week later. Tried calling, no answer and left message but no one has called back. Looks like I will have to cancel order and take custom elsewhere.
Certainly no wasting of time between ordering and delivery. The item was well packaged as well - excellent professional service. The item we bought wasn't great quality, and it was marked, hence the 4 stars. I don't know how long it will last and so am unsure whether to return it or not. But everything else about the service provided can not be faulted.
