Avoid ordering if you need anything soon. We ordered taps that were "In Stock" on the store and available for next-day delivery, so we paid the premium in order for the taps to land the day *before* our plumber was due. After the shipping cut-off, we received an email that the taps we ordered and paid for were not in stock and if we could choose an alternative. We reluctantly selected an alternative set of products and replied to the email with minutes hoping that they could still be dispatched the same day. We didn't receive a dispatch email so I chased after their 24 business hours cut-off for a reply. They still did not respond again for another 24 hours and refunded my money per my request. In the meantime we had to order elsewhere, paying for expedited shipping with another supplier having put our plumber back a day at further costs to us. Terrible service from start to finish.
Ordered tap from this company based on online dimensions displayed. A totally different tap was delivered. The original order was for 2 items, they delivered 1 and the wrong item. Called to explain and was told to re-order and pay again. I did this and hey presto, same wrong item is sent again. Called again, this time to be told, oh its not the wrong tap, its a different tap as the one on the website is incorrect and this is the replacement. I explain I ordered based on measurements on the website. Was told, oh these are not always accurate. Very unhelpful. They then sent the wrong returns labels and return information. So I had to contact again for the correct one and now I am told I have to wait 28 days for a refund to come. They take your money twice, for something, but take 28 days to refund it. Hopefully the refund will come, but avoid this company OR do not rely on what is said on their website!
All I wanted to do is return my item. They took 10 days to respond back to my initial return request email and had to chase them a number of times to send my prepaid return label. After sending the item, I did not get any notification to say they had received my return. After 3 weeks I decided to call them, they told me they had received the item and reassured me they would processed the refund that very day. I did not receive my refund as promised and still haven't.I called up again to be told that it could take up to a month to receive a refund as part of their policy. This policy is unfair and exploitative, the item I returned is back in their warehouse ages ago ready for resell, the company can sell the item I paid for on to another customer and make money on it, whilst I'm still out of pocket.They need to get better processes and employ more staff as their service is very unprofessional. The quality of customer care is not only a disservice to your customers but to your own business as you will lose revenue from losing many customers over these disputes. This whole refund process has become a nightmare and is taking so long.
Able to source the basin part I required immediately, but delivery is non-existent stlll waiting for over 8 days. This has inconvenienced me in terms that I still can’t use the basin in my kitchen and have had to put the plumber off from completing his work
Poor customer response to email and or chat. Slow despatch of ordered items and an initial problem with an out of stock item that then magically appeared two days later. Staff shortages were quoted as a reason for long response times. Delivery address had a significant mistake Merseyside was inserted instead of Bampton.
