Awful dishonest company avoid and go elsewhere!Bought a shower support bar. I ordered the wrong one plus the quality was not great either, raised a return in February and only got a response today (28th may) saying return request denied. Tried saying I have attempted fitting the item which wasn't possible as the new shower hadn't even been installed when i recieved the item and that the orginal outter packaging was damaged. Obviously yhr outer packaging would be damaged as you would need to open it to see what's inside!!It is like they would do anything to not offer a refund. Further more they have kept the item and said I can collect it from their warehouse or can pay again for them to post thr item back! Absolute joke.Would not use this company
This is the third review. The first time I was passed as I needed to pay extra to get the taps, and they upgraded my delivery free for the next day. Since then, I have been sent 3 different tops for the taps as the writing for Hot and Cold keeps smudging. Each time I have emailed I have had a fairly long wait to hear back (the first time I complained I only got a response because I posted on trustpilot again), and I have now been told that the writing will smudge if you live in a hard water area or use certain cleaning products on the taps. I do live in a hard water area, and I do use an appropriate cleaning product on my taps (which didn't cause the writing to come of the bathroom taps or my previous sink taps!). Very frustrated, especially as my taps were purchased in November.
The product was initially out of stock, but there was excellent communication from the company, and they gave me an estimated time when it would be back in stock, and then in due course contacted me again to let me know it had been dispatched, when it arrived it is good value for money, and I was pleased with the service I had received, I would definitely use this company again.
Appalling communication- oversold items out of stock ( still showing as available on the website), major delays and very poor customer service. When asked ( after finally getting through to someone on the phone) whether my order can be dispatched urgently from warehouse - told not possible and the advisor is merely “managing my expectations”. Managing the customer care would be a much better spent effort. Yet to receive my order.
Products seem good quality (not opened all boxes yet).Telephone customer service quick, easy, polite and helpful.Oversold some items to us, so we had to two options to wait 4-6 weeks for those items to be restocked; or but another product. Due to this, delivery was a week late.
