I ordered two items, one the tap was damaged, completely bent out of shape, the other was the wrong item. Okay, these things happen and so contacted customer service. Still waiting for a response. HOWEVER, they make it very clear, do not chase up otherwise you will be moved the back of the queue. Not a problem if they get in touch, day 4 since the complaint and still waiting. Plumber coming next week so will have to order items from a real company rather than this sham operation. Thank god it was on credit card. My advice: Don’t take the risk.
My advice to anyone would be don’t waste your time and Money with this company.Ordered a bath last week and paid for next day delivery, received a email stating driver will call 2 hours before delivery, no phone call and receive a email to say failed delivery.Rang the company and they said it would be day after next now.The day it was meant to be being delivered noticed a completely different postcode address to mine so rung the company and they advised it was fine. 10 minutes later got a email to say it won’t be delivered.Then got another phone call to say they have sorted the delivery out and now it will be delivered…..guess what…still never arrived!!Absolute terrible company don’t waste your time or money dealing with them!
Purchased a brass effect kitchen mixer tap at the best price I could find on the internet. When there was a slight delay in delivery, they kept me well informed and even refunded the small fee for the next day delivery. Quality of the tap is excellent and service was first class. Would definitely recommend Bathroom House.
Delivery failed, so I immediately paid a redelivery fee, confirmed this with them by email only to receive an automated response that they are 2 months behind on customer service emails. No response in 3 weeks to confirm if being redelivered and no sign of the item. So I'm wondering if it will take them 2 months to read my email that I have paid the redelivery fee and to resend out the item. You can't chase them because they say that will put you at the back of the queue in their reading of emails. I'm wondering how many complaints they are getting if they are that behind. Thank God I only bought a toilet roll holder and nothing more expensive.
I ordered a bathroom tap replacement from Bathroom House over three weeks ago and still haven’t received any confirmation of dispatch or delivery. I’ve emailed several times to chase an update, but I’ve had no response at all.I understand delays can happen, but complete silence from customer service is unacceptable — especially after taking full payment. I’m now having to consider cancelling the order and seeking a refund through my card provider.Amended review due to quick turnaround in getting my package delivered
