Please avoid using this retailer. I could only get a specific shower from the which is why I used this company. They do not reply to any emails, no one answers the phone and good luck trying to get a refund. Very disingenuous company and I will be contacting my credit card company for the refund as I've heard nothing from them. Closed the entire Christmas period as well which is frankly ridiculous. Their returns process is very expensive.
Update 12/12: Items all delivered. Will upgrade my rating. A little stressful nonetheless when I am paying contractors to be on site. Update 8/12: After this review, they have contacted me to confirm order. A real shame that I should have to rant like this. You just needed to pick up your phone :-(Original review:I placed an order early last week with you and have had no confirmation or dispatch information but the money has left my account. I'm emailing, I'm calling, I'm leaving messages when calling. No response. I have contractors in my flat that will soon get to my bathroom and I need these items delivered this week. To add insult to injury you were super quick to contact me when my payment failed to authenticate on your website but now the communication is non-existent. Please please contact me.
