Location Elizabethtown KY!!!

Location Elizabethtown KY!!!This place needs shut down or a hefty fine. Management is a freaking joke. While Kentucky is at its highest since the pandemic begin this place allows people in that little closest space they call a store without mask 😷 you stand there waiting on manger or employees to see if they are going to in force the rules, naw they are to busy running all over the store with these people coughing with no mask on to make a dollar. Putting everyone at risk this store is very small and they allowed not one but 3 separate customers in this store without mask whereas one was coughing and hacking. Batteries plus is a covid outbreak 😷 in the making. Does anyone think 🤔 either the two employees or manger went around using disinfectant to sanitize this place after allowing 3 separate customers in one coughing and hacking all over the place. Thank goodness I had a mask on and left this infestation. So anyone looking to buy batteries 🔋 I’d think twice before buying anything here. It’s like the movie cabin in the woods but instead of it begin in the water it’s laying and awaiting in the air and on the merchandise you purchase to go home to your family’s to infect them. And at the end of the day you can think this sorry manager at this location for not having the guts to uphold a few simple safety measures to help slow this deadly virus. You can post signs all day but if your don’t in force it it doesn’t really mean a lot. Blah blah is what a sign means to a lot. How about no mask no service with enforcement like in so many other states. Nobody wants a mask but nobody want to bury a family member or watch them suffer because of selfish people.

Went to Batteries Plus Powers/Woodmen…

Went to Batteries Plus Powers/Woodmen Colo Springs. Called day before to confirm they could repair my UPS and was told to come in before 6pm. Went in at 12 noon. Store reps said they didn't know how to repair a UPS and I would have to leave it for a week since they had so much work ahead of me. They had just taken auto battery replacement and cell phone battery replacement customers ahead of me and fixed theirs. Went to Austin Bluffs and they fixed it while I waited.

Batteries plus in Manchester New…

Batteries plus in Manchester New Hampshire is the worst customer service ever. I bought a battery two years ago brought it back a year later and they replaced it and told me I had to buy a trickle charger. After a winter on a trickle charge still the same type of battery went dead and could not be recharged Brought the battery back and told them what was done and brought the trickle charger with me. They could not tell if the trickle charger was bad but they told me tough luck will give you 10% on a new battery. I never even use the battery once. One of the associates was going to replace my battery until the manager stepped in shock my battery and said it was overcharge. If my battery was empty in overcharge they should’ve seen it when they tried to charge it again. Inexperience in my eyes .Batteries plus will never get my business again and I will tell all my friends that not to go there. Good luck batteries plus if you treat all your customers like that. Walmart has better customer service in there a big box store. Thanks for nothing

Store in Palatine Illinois absolutely kicks ass! Had both my cordless drill batteries refurbished and they last so much longer than the ones that came with the drill. Just had my iPhone 6s battery replaced by Joey a technician at the store. Done in a hour and he did a fantastic job! Looks like it never was repaired. I would recommend this store to anyone! I rate this store a 10+ for sure!

Buyer beware!!

Buyer beware!!! Had one bad experience years ago, and a relative convinced me to go to Keith in Orem and he will "take care of me". Well, bought a battery and would not hold a charge. Drive during the day and next morning, would not turn over motor. Took to local auto shop -did load test and stated battery good, probably something in van draining battery. With fully charged battery, dead battery next morning. Once happened out of town and had to call AAA to help. I travel quite a bit to rural area of the west where there is no town within 50+ miles, and many times poor /non-existence cell phone service. Even the best warranty would not help me then. When working as a travel nurse, if I miss a shift at the hospital, I pay a $250 fine for the missed shift. So, after a month of my regular mechanic looking for a parasitic drain to no avail, I told him to replace the battery with one I can trust when on the road. Per Keith Marrott (owner) " I never sell a customer a battery when that customer still has warranty left on their existing battery. I believe it is dishonest! It benefits your mechanic and only your mechanic. " Well, His warranty would be of no help if I am in the middle of Wyoming with a dead battery and need to get to work with a dead battery. All he did (after having battery for three months on a 48 month warranty) is give me 80% value on other products. (and treating me like a dumb female)

Purchased a battery for my SUV about…

Purchased a battery for my SUV about one year ago from Battery plus Battlefield Chesapeake, VA. About 3 months later the battery would barely turn over my engine. Took it back to battery plus on 10/5/20 they told me it would have to be charged before they could replace the battery as per warranty. I left the battery there so that it could be charged as they say. Keep in mind I dropped the battery off around 10am. I was waiting on a phone call from them before the end of the day because I needed my car. Never got a call so I called the store around 515pm they close at 6. Here’s what I got, a young lady answered the phone. I told her my name and ask what was the status of the battery. She stated it was not done charging. I asked were y’all going to call in tell me this are what? That’s when the lies started. I asked her why don’t you just change out the battery when they are bad. She stated that the auto parts stores do the same thing, I corrected her right away they don’t I would have a battery by now. Her reply oh so you have to replace your battery regularly so that’s what the problem is your car. Really, she had no clue what I was asking her. This is just sad, I will never purchase another thing from these people. I still don’t have a battery. Just think about this, if you have their battery in your vehicle and you take a trip. If that battery goes bad under their warranty in you go to a battery plus to replace get a hotel because the battery has to be charged before you get another one. Auto part stores just replace. So never buy a car battery from these stores. Customer service just bad everyone had an attitude.....

Battery + review for Woodmen Road location, Colorado Springs

I used the online battery selector to select and order a battery for my ATV. After driving 20 miles to the store to pick it up, I was informed by an employee that the battery would not fit as the physical polarity was opposite that needed for my ATV. The correct battery was $20.00 more than the one I ordered. When I asked about the price, the employee just said "Do you want it or not?". No apologies, no excuses.I told him no and went to Walmart where I got the proper battery for $20.00 less than what Batteries + tried to charge me for.Since they had my information, they could have easily contacted me to let me know the issue so I could make a decision before driving a 40 mile round trip and wasting my time.Very poor customer service and I won't be back! I also felt that this was a bait and switch tactic.

I bought a battery at Batteries Plus…

I bought a battery at Batteries Plus May 30, 2020 for a 2017 Kia. I had to charge it/jump it every second or third day, completely dead. Thinking it was a car issue, took the car to the Kia dealership. The battery was junk and they replaced it. Haven't had an issue since. Do you think Batteries Plus would honor their warranty on a three month old battery? NOOOOOOOPathetic operation.

P31129295 I tried to leave a survey but it said unable to. I was not happy to see one of three store reps without mask, and working with customer and his friend with no mask, I guess it's a free for all in this store. Believe me i've seen in many other locations same thing NAPA ,CRAKER BARREL,AND ALSO TRACTOR SUPPLY WHERE I WAS TOLD IT WAS HER CHOICE !!!
