Went to your site, found the battery, used the sale price. Removed the old battery from my machine and drove an hour to pick up the new battery. The store said they didn’t have it and they dont know why the web site let them sell it? So now I have a disabled machine and have to start the search all over again.I mean if you are in the business of selling batteries, how does this happen?What a miserable experience where I am the one out the hassle, time money and I still have no battery.Horrible first and last experience. You guys have no clue what you are doing.
I purchased a Dos cell battery from batteries plus on October 9, 2023 and after six months, the battery went bad even though it had a three-year warrantyBatteries plus rejected the warranty because the battery only had 1.5 V. This is clearly warranty fraud.
I've been a loyal Batteries Plus customer for 10 years, but I will not be returning. I ordered a car battery online, which was listed as in stock. An employee informed me that it would arrive later that day. However, four days went by without any follow-up call. When I called to inquire about my order, another employee admitted forgetting it. Unable to cancel my order online or over the phone, I was forced to visit the store. Throughout this ordeal, I never received an apology. When they finally located the battery, I had already decided not to purchase from them. The employee simply handed me the receipt and said, "Here." You have permanently lost a customer.
I went to the store to order fob for my car. I was told by employee it will take a week. I said OK no problem. I received a phone call week later stating my fob was ready all it needed to be programmed. I went to the store and the employee did something wrong with, so they had to order another one. Manager came out and said he can overnight the new fob. Here 5days later i don't have my fob for my car.
I went to the Batteries and Bulbs previously known as Battery Plus to get a battery for a scooter. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful, Carl was in helping me bring this scooter back to life. My mom used this to get around, and I had a friend in need ASAP. Carl opened the battery compartment and it was completely corroded, he said it was going to take time to clean up but he would get it cleaned and call me. Two days later he called and said it was ready. So much more went into getting this us and running. He was simply amazing, and so helpful. I will forever to grateful for his kindness, patients and drive to get this thing running. All he really needed to do was give me two batteries, but this guy went over a beyond!! If you go to the Hixson store, Carl is your man. This guy is amazing!!!
I want to thank the phone repair tech Antonio for saving my phone. He went out of his way to acquire special tools to replace the screen after the phone had been previously damaged in a botched repair effort. He understood how important some of the items on the phone that had not been backed up were to me. I cannot praise him enough. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating at this location.
I took my three month old battery to rhe Bellevue Washington store because I had to keep jumping my quad and when I put my charger on it I got a defective battery light. The guy put a voltmeter on it and read nine volts and the level was about 1/2 inch low, Said he had to keep the battery for 1 day at minimum to determine if it was defective, he kept it for 3 days and when he gave it back it was still low on fluid and when I put my voltmeter on it when i got home..9 volts. He didn't even add a few ounces of water or charge it, now I see they have an average one star review and F at BBB. surprisingly Walmart is rated #1 for car batteries. I'm going there from now on, lesson learned!
SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! ! I dealt with the manager, Joshua Goodman, for the last 2 months where I paid in full for a new key to be cut and programmed for my car. Never called when product came in, had to call and ask, once it did come in they were unable to cut and program the key. Notify me they would need to order a different key as they had not gotten in a piece of information correct. Same process, didn't order and finally came in this week, dropped car off and 4hrs later still no key or keyless entry. Then the manager Joshua Goodman told me I need to pay an extra $150 to order an OEM key be because they had tried twice and were unable to get the job done. After 2 months and this attemdpted extortion, he refused to refund my money or make it right, and threatened to "whip my @ss". Also during the process yesterday he deprogrammed my one key that I had that was actually working. After making calls and getting the district manager and owner involved the owner was very nice and gave me a full refund. Simply put I used another company who came to my house made the key reprogram the key and reprogram my valet key all for less money and it was finished within 30 minutes
