RETURN TO CHINA!

Swimsuit was very nice…..just the wrong size based upon their size guide. Quick response from their customer service….only to find out they’re happy to accept returns..as long as you RETURN THE PACKAGE TO CHINA AT YOUR EXPENSE! Ridiculous way to film flam your customers…never again!

They say they have free refund but when it costs more than what your goods cost to mail it to CHINA! Yes China.. it doesn't really pencil out. They know this they do not care. I will never again their stuff isn't good quality

Horrible!!

I ordered a dress in January and it is now about to be April and I’ve never received it. Tracking hasn’t changed since February. Customer service has been no help. All I want now is a full refund since I clearly won’t be receiving the dress I ordered. They also won’t give me a refund and keep telling me it’s “on the way”. If I could give this company zero stars I would.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE: THIEVES

I never received the dress; the company claims that it was the shipper at fault and left me to contact the shipper on my own instead of contacting them themselves. Shipper says the tracking # they gave me does not exist.

Terrible return experience

Terrible return experience. It costs $97 to return $150 worth-4 dresses that looked nothing like the advertisement. They slow run small so none of these fit and all the fabric is see through. Encourage everyone to consider the price to return before buying and warning that the products looked nothing like they do on the website!

Do not order from this company!

I placed an order finally received it 6 weeks later. The dress did not fit. Emailed their customer service four times to get information on how to return it and have not received an email back. Do not order from this company!!!

I ordered 3 dresses that supposedly…

I ordered 3 dresses that supposedly shipped on 2-27. I have written 3 inquiries asking why they have not arrived as of 3-16. I have not received a response. I will never order from them again.
