Review Time
I’ve been extremely disappointed with my experience with Belstaff. I placed an order on 31 October for a jacket intended as a Christmas gift from my daughter, and despite the original 4-day delivery timeframe, the order was never delivered. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I contacted customer service multiple times and received no meaningful response. The only time I finally heard back was after I submitted a Trustpilot review, which speaks volumes about the level of customer care.At no point did I request a refund; I made it clear several times that I was willing to wait longer because the jacket was meant to be a Christmas present. Despite this, Belstaff let the issue drag on for so long that the jacket is now no longer available. In the end, they refunded my money, but that does not change the fact that I am left without the gift I ordered well over a month ago.Belstaff also offered a 30% discount on a future purchase, which I appreciate, but it doesn’t make up for the poor communication, the lack of proactive support, or the disappointment of not receiving the jacket in time for Christmas.Overall, this has been a very poor experience and far below what I expected from a premium brand.
Needing some good advice before making a recent purchase I connected with Louisa from Belstaff who turned out to be worth her weight in gold. Quality advice led to a brilliant purchase experience. Louisa is an amazing credit to an absolutely amazing brand. On top of all the superb advice Louisa even came up with a price match refund when Belstaff announced their Big Phoenix Sale a couple of days after my purchase. She saw too it that I got difference I would have saved refunded. Great company, amazing quality clothing and superb staff driving it all forward.
The service provided by Belstaff and in particular Mike has been great. Purchased a motorcycle jacket in the phoenix sale, unfortunately in my excitement I ordered a jacket that was too small. My fault not theirs but I must say their returns process was straightforward and Belstaff even covered the return cost. The refund was issued quickly, so I reached out for help with placing a new order, the response from a human took a little while but that’s to be expected during the sale season. I placed a new order for the correct size with the help of Mike who honoured the sale price, so it was definitely worth the wait. I’ve always wanted a Belstaff jacket and I’m really happy with my purchase.
Really nice men’s jackets and fit perfect until you lift your arms up and you can’t grab the steering wheel , extra size up still same then they get too big everywhere elise . Woman in shop said allot of men have same complaint . Please look at the fitting under the arms it’s too tight
I brought a leather panther jacket on the 23rd October 2025 was delivered and on checking it for fit I put it back in the belstaff dust bag and one side of the zip slider came off(the zip is cheap one really cheap) contacted bellstaff by email for a repair or replacement only to be told that they wouldn't repair or replace it as they didn't make it(even though there is a large printed belstaff logo on it.Further emails exchanged when they offered to replace it only to say they had no spares(hard to believe with company like belstaff).futher 2 emails telling me they had no spares but were offering me a 10% discount but still no dust bag.Last email on 28th October which reminded them of the applicable consumer laws is still today gone unanswered. So sick of rubbish excuses and worse customer service i took it to a tailor who put the zip slider back on in 5 minutes (only the slider came off zip was undamaged so didn't need new zip which was explained to bellstaff)and 2 linear inches of sewing it was done and it cost me £10.As a company that prides itself on premium products the afterservice is far from premium it is shocking. Point is no belstaff product should fall apart after one attempted use. So if you want good customer service don't buy from belstaff.if i could I would give them no stars not oneThanks for reading Mr Dean Roberton
