Review Time
I made an appointment to get two front tires replaced, since I was driving a hour each way I always make an appointment with the service I am using. When I arrived at the site in Rancho Cucamonga CA they had not bothered to see if tires were in stock, the real issue is they blew it off, no effort to resolve the issue
My wife had brought the wrong credit card at check out and it was not allowed to go through. We had to go back home and get the correct card. When we returned and did the transaction, Robert made a face and said that it didn't go through...and then said no, it went right through...ha ha, but not funny. Just trying to give them some money.

Think of my surprise when told needed 4 new tires that weren't covered under warranty. Not by the extended warranty I purchased from Big O nor the tire brand company that Big O chooses to sell themselves. This is shady practice. A bait & switch scheme to buy the add ons. Still waiting for that promised call from the manager who doesn't work in this part of the country. Don't give them your patronage if you expect truthfulness. I admit I was angry & upset with the treatment I was receiving. No empathy. Patronizing. Dismissive. Good thing their pass-the-buck disrespect was out of earshot to my 90 year old mother in the waiting room. All in all, sorry to report their revolting customer service.
We were in town for a funeral and on the way to OKC my car started having a bad shake at 60mph. We went to Big O Tires in Yukon and they worked us in. They ended up rebalancing and rotating my tires for me, and didnt charge me a dime! This not only fixed my issue, but saved us tons of stress and money. We appreciated their honesty, working us in, and fixing the problem; and saving us money!
Front shocks never installed properly. Came off on one side and about to in the other. They did this twice. Then we offered $50 next time. Then accused my wife of returning the wrong ones to them after we had the dealer fix all theirMistakes. It’s been years since I have had anything close to this terrible of service anywhere. My son could have been injured or killed.
I complained about a misunderstanding about tires about six months ago and want to apologize. Those awesome people at the shop are so overwhelmed with needy customers it's a wonder they can keep up with us! My radiator had a malfunction last week and when I got up in the morning to go to work it had run the battery dry and I had to call in sick. I walked from my house to an auto parts store to get something to start my car and while in transit called my Hyundai dealer, Toyota, and a few more auto shops and found out that they were all a week out just to look at it. That was scary, I had heard on the news that auto mechanics were backed up and there was a shortage of them but learned for myself, on a very cold day while walking...they ARE!So on the way back to my house I stopped by the Big O near me, the one that I had complained about, and prayed they would be able to help me, and not punish me for hurting them. Brian at the front desk was very soft spoken and kind, as always and made me feel comfortable and put me on the waiting list, but cautioned that I may have a long wait because they were so busy. But I was grateful that they were willing to try at all, after having called around town and found out nobody could even look at it 'till Monday. I need my car so much!After about a four hour wait they got me in. I was thinking it would cost me a fortune. Some mechanics and the co-owner Chris, himself, tested and evaluated it for some time and couldn't find the exact problem. Then Chris ran through his national data base looking for the similar problem for my model of car. He came back to tell me how much it would cost to fix but said he wasn't sure it would be the right fix and said the parts would still work and I could keep driving it safely and could take it to the Hyundai dealer for a full electronic diagnosis to be sure rather than spend nine hundred bucks right then. He also insisted that I didn't need to pay anything for the diagnosis time they had spent on my car. Imagine how shocked I was?!!! In an ecstatic and relieved way! I can't believe they would do that for me!!!I intend to take my car in every time from now on and be really loyal to them because they have always been loyal to me and fixed my flats and done several other freebies that I had forgotten about. And they do have the best tires and best warranties I know of. I got a flat on a trip last fall and Big O fixed it for free in Boise Idaho.Thanks, I Love You Big O!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tammy in Colorado Springs is a blatant racist and I will not tolerate her disrespect ever again had my sons car towed and didn’t even call him first there are cars in that parking lot literally for years my sons car was there literally less then 24 not blocking anything and charge him 305 for the tow this racist manager is disgusting and should be fired
