Scheduled an appointment online for front end alignment at thier yuma az store. went in the day before appointment and asked for a quote on tires to go with the alignment. when I arrived for the appointment i was told they didnt have anyone to align my jeep! never received notification that the appointment was cancelled. They absalutly have no F@#H^&$%# clue what they are doing there. Should not have delt with cut rate ametures. Dont waste your money. Go to discount tire or even walmart to get tires or work done. Dont waste your time with these amatures.
Big O tire at 6Th & Chambers is not a good choice for tires. Their tires lasted about 6 months before they need to be replaced therefore their tires sucks. And consumer service isn’t friendly at all. And they’ll throw your spare tire in your car & don’t care where it exactly goes or making sure it’s tied down properly. On top of that if you leave anything valuable in your car as they have your vehicle like jewelry or anything else valuable. They’ll steal it & lie about it. It’s just wise to avoid them & just go to a better tire company to get a set of new tires for your ride.
Big O Tire in Fayetteville AR is the biggest ripoff place. They hardly ever fix people tires, almost always sell a new tire instead. Don’t ever make an appointment because appointments are useless. I set one up 5 days in advance for 8:30am 03/02/2024. Got there and checked in early. 3 hours later I asked what’s taking so long. The response was on your still here and they haven’t done this yet. I said yes I’m still here and no work yet. 45 minutes later my truck was pulled in and 45 minutes later it was done. They only changed 1 rotor & 1 brake caliper on right of my truck with new parts I supplied from AutoZone. They charged me for 1 1/2 hours of labor. When I asked why so much for 45 minutes of work. They said they charge what computer says. The computer does say 1 1/2 hours for both rotors & calipers on rear axle. They only replaced 1 on the right rear. They never would give me a refund for the extra 45 minutes they charged me for. Very dishonest business and I WILL NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. have brought tires there before for a trailer and have trouble with value stems leaking all the time. They did fix a tire for me but they did try and tell me I needed a one a few months back. After arguing with them they finally repaired it. Once they knew they couldn’t upsale
Took truck in for inspection they said serpentine belt on drivetrain was cracked and needed replaced I asked how much they said $220 something dollars The part is $50 labor at another mechanic shop was $60 I paid $110 versus 220 plus tax Big o is nothing but a rip-off shady work shady prices shady people....
The guy running the desk was wonderful, really helpful and patient with me and everyone i saw come in. Went above and behind what the job pays him for by cleaning up customers vomit and taking unreasonable customers into account. Great service and team put exactly the tires i wanted on well balanced and assisted me with a bent wheel more than they had to. Was super willing to help and get parts even despite a couple set backs, they follwed up and called me within a week before i had to leave. Great team great service thank you Esurack! Aswell as the whole team at big o tires.
