Slow shipping . Why does it take 48hrs just to dispatch an item in 2026? I looked at the delivery times listed on eBay and decided not to believe them. This is partly my bad but Biketart do seem unusually slow at delivery compared to the competition. It doesn’t help that they use Royal Mail for some items which are painfully slow.

Biketart is not customer friendly

Biketart is not a customer friendly based business. They have a very poor delivery process, which means the orders always arrive way past the date first given at checkout or as advertised. I have been in contact with Biketart concerning this problem and have had no response from their 'dedicated team'at all. I can only advise potential customers to go to another online shop that has a more efficient and better customer service based business model. I feel this business is one of the many who cannot cope and are over whelmed with online trade and little staff.

Great service

Great service, ordered some hope tech 4 evos from them and had some confusion with how the tracking worked (system defaults tracking numbers as royal mail even if using a different service), but I sent them an email and they got back to me really quickly. The components were a bit delayed due to being in stock with the supplier and another undisclosed issue but it was only a couple extra days and I’m now set to receive my package later today. I also bought a DJI amflow pl carbon pro from them almost a year ago now and the service was flawless. Definitely recommend.

Questionable advertising of stock and a dreadful returns experience

Questionable advertising of stock and a dreadful returns experience. This company will not reimburse return postage costs contrary to the returns guidance on their website. Would avoid altogether from the offset.

Good prices but poor delivery

Great selection of products but poor with their delivery. Items ordered on Monday qualifying for free delivery (2 - 3 days) Its now Thursday & they've only just raised the tracking number. When Royal Mail get the items its on a 48hr delivery so realistically its over a week from order to delivery which is poor compared to Evans, Tredz etc.Only use these guys if the price is great & you can wait over a week to have your order arrive

Poor customer service

Most sportswear companies make it really easy to return items for another size but I've just had a really poor experience with Biketart and won't be going anywhere near their gear again!
