It was great that there was an option to do all virtual consultations and appointments, and I found it all easy to navigate. Everyone was really lovely and helpful, even over email! There were some parts that could’ve had some more information before it began, which I wasn’t told. This left me with not quite the outcome I was after but other than that I’m happy.
Fast, informative responses. Easy to deal with and simple process. Even though we are from NZ I was skeptical we would get the same service but bitsoft have exceeded expectations. We were quoted $9000 nzd for aligners here in NZ bitesoft has saved us 5k! Quite possibly with better service! Beyond happy!
