Not recommended

Not recommended. Absolutely rubbish. I waited two months for approval. I repaired the car myself. They rejected my claim because I did not wait for approval. No contact from them.

Would recommend Blackstar Warranties

Had a Blackstar warranty and found the company very easy to deal with. They sent me to Kwik Fit for a repair and Blackstar agreed to carry out the repair. I did not realise that I had to pay a £35 excess charge which was a bit of a surprise but apart from that great service.

Great company and would recommend

Great company and would recommend. Had an issue with my car and called the claims line, they arranged for my car to go the same day to Kwik Fit and I then got a call saying car was repaired. Returned and picked up car. Great service from Blackstar Warranties and thank you Kwik Fit for fixing my car

5 star Blackstar Warranties

Would highly recommend. Great service and lovely company to deal with. Car broke down and when I found out what the issue was I phoned Blackstar Warranties they told me to send in my diagnostic which I did and they immediately approved the claim. The repairer was paid out immediately and there was no quibbles or issues. Lovely company to deal with and gives you the peace on mind that the warranty is there and will pay out.

Car broke down due to issue with gearbox. Just had the repair approved and paid by Blackstar Warranties. Fabulous service and they didn’t try and argue the cost of the repair. They accepted the quote from my garage and paid it. Breath of fresh air to deal with. Thank you so much. Would recommend.
