Good back up gen. Terrible support.

A three because 1. The product is great. 2. Customer service and support is terrible! So as long as everything is working…great units. If something stops working…good luck! I have had to replace two chargers. Because I did not purchase online, I cannot get ANY support. I could not buy online, because they will not ship to Puerto Rico. So I purchased from a BLUETTI rep. Too bad for me. To replace the charger (this is number 3) I have to purchase (no warranty if you don’t buy online I was told) $160. Have it shipped to an address on the mainland and the. Have it mailed (USPS fits it ship box) to Puerto Rico. Pain in the rear. So to come back around, the product is great and does work well. Just buyer beware when you need support!!!

Highly satisfied with my purchase.

I could have purchased a comparable unit for a lower cost but I went with Bluetti due to their presence in retail stores and their generally favorable reputation. Ordering was easy and the power station was delivered in three business days which was faster than the 5-10 business days promised. The packaging was perfect with excellent protection and no loose items. I had it out of the box and charging in under two minutes. I scanned the QR code and downloaded the app and was amazed how quickly it connected over Bluetooth with no registration needed by using Guest mode. The app layout seemed intuitive and I was able to quickly switch it to Silent charging mode. I like to charge things slower to help preserve battery life, for anyone interested, standard mode was charging at 1,000w and silent mode dropped it down to around 250w. The carrying handles built into the top were very comfortable and I was impressed by the overall fit and finish of the unit and even the cables. I would definitely recommend Bluetti given my experience thus far.

Jumped on the 50% bargain on my new Bluetti elite 200 v2. Fast shipping & arrived in perfect condition. So much power in such a small box ! Be sure to RESET to FACTORY settings after upgrade(s) because i found out that it would not charge passed 67%. After the reset, it charged to 100%. It works like a charm & i highly recommend it to have backup power & reliability ! Thank's Bluetti !

Desicion made,,, no regrets

After deciding which brand and model I needed, Bluetti shipped both packages quickly and in great shape. Setup went easy, and being lighter than I thought, made using the systemvery easy. The AC180P is quiet, and very user friendly with the app. Rather than storing it for power outages, (that seem to be more frequent these days,) we use it for charging the small electronics around the place, and powering tools when needed. We are using the panels to maintain the charge levels and they are slower than wall charging, but do the job well. Based on my experiences with the Bluetti product, I can say I'm not at all dissatisfied, and can definatly recommend Bluetti.

My family was affected by a major hurricane and when all other avenues left us stranded i decided to finance the ac500. While i couldn't afford to finance more than one 300k battery and 2*200 panels it has been an absolute lifesaver in keeping our fridge going. Whilst I do wish the 2 200 panels brought more power (268max both) it's enough to keep surviving. I love the unit enough to hope to be able to upgrade my system in the future and even run the ac in my camper one day. Customer support has also been helpful with minor shipping and promotion questions I've had and I have no reasons to complain.

Great for portable PA use, remote yard work with electrical tools, heat during power outages and UPS

I bought an AC70 after using one to power a PA system for an outdoor musical event where no commercial power was available. A friend had one and we tested it before the event and I was amazed at how much charge was left after two hours of music being played through the high power PA system. After my purchase, which was intended to support other outdoor musical events, I found several other great uses. I have several acres of land with blackberries and other brush. I don't like to use gas-powered trimmers and chainsaws (smell, noise, weight) and prefer electric ones, but was limited to the length of extension cords to my house outlets. The AC70 is portable and more than capable of powering these tools for longer than my stamina allows. I can carry it and clear brush and small trees anywhere I need it. Living in a rural area, we have occasional power outages. I have oil heat, but it is distributed through the house via hot water circulated with a pump powered by AC. So, no AC, no heat. I wired up a switch and C14 power receptacle so I could power the furnace pump and still have heat when I have a power outage. As a musician, I record all my performances on my mixing console, but when the power is interrupted, as it was recently during an outdoor gig during a rainstorm, the board dies and the recording is lost. The UPS capability of the AC70 has eliminated that problem-- I just power the board from the AC70, and there's no worry about losing the recording.

Great product

Great product! Long lasting battery life for what we used it for. Lasted the whole weekend without needing a recharge.Im sure if i used so.ething that required more power the battery wouldn't last as long. For what i got it for it worked perfectly. Being able to recharge in the car is helpful too

Originally set up as a UPS

Originally set up as an AC500 and two B300Ks as a UPS, it was later upgraded to solar power, and a third B300K was added, ensuring that the internet, TV, TiVo, and cell repeater will continue to function even during extended power outages. Considering setting it up as a whole-house system and adding a second AC500 so the well (220V) would still work when we lose power.
