Review Time
Bought a new ac180. Right out of box, display is not functioning properly. Sent email. Waiting for response. In the meantime, called customer service. The guy said he couldn’t help me. It all had to be done through email. That stinks. I’m going on camping trip in 5 days and I bought the ac180 for the trip. I told him it seems to be a common problem according in previous reviews. He basically said he couldn’t help me that I would have to wait up to 48 hrs for an email……. It looks like due to the lengthy process, I will not have my ac180 for my camping trip in 5 days.
Needed a small power source to run my C-Pap while camping to replace my inverter generator which became too cumbersome and my smaller Anker power source which needed to be recharged daily via AC. I used my Bluetti 180 on a weekend campout and it powered my sleep machine both nights with power to spare.
Customer service was great helping with tracking from the carrier. The AC180 and the AC200L both arrived without problem, and were packed for shipping very well. Both units set up and performed perfectly without difficulty. The app was easy to download, paired the units easily, and was very user friendly. Overall it was a good positive customer experience.
I keep my BLUETTI AC 180 in my truck to run my fridge. It works amazing with the charger 1. We recently purchased the EB3A for my wife’s car the run her mini fridge. We couldn’t be happier with our BLUETTI’s and plan to purchase more in the future
I purchased the AC200L and the B300K as a backup power supply during power outages for our home. I also purchased the AC200L to supply 120V alternating current to my travel trailer.Instead of installing a bank of lithium iron phosphate batteries, MPPT controller, and a large capacity inverter in my trailer, I decided to make use of the AC200L. I also purchased the Bluetti D40 dc to dc battery charger to work together with the AC200L.As a backup when there is no sunshine, I purchased the Bluetti Charger 1. I recently used my travel trailer on its first trip, and everything worked to perfection. There was a time when my trailer house battery was being depleted because of no sun, so I used the Bluetti D40 to recharge it. I also used the Bluetti Charger 1 on that day to recharge the AC200L. Everything worked seamlessly and perfectly.
Bluetti customer service is friendly and helpful. I was in a bad mood because, although Bluetti had shipped my item to the correct address, UPS claimed otherwise. I was a bit irritated when I called Bluetti because they couldn’t contact UPS right away to fix the problem. But after calming down and speaking with UPS, I realized it wasn’t Bluetti’s mistake at all — UPS had told a little fib. UPS did resolve the issue and miraculously delivered the item to me the same day. Bluetti’s customer service was the friendliest I’ve interacted with in a while, and they genuinely seemed eager to solve my problem, though their hands were tied since the issue wasn’t on their end.
