Review Time
I bought the AC50B (700W). I have a larger unit from another company that will run my fridge in a power outage, but wanted something smaller to run my TV, computer, fan or my 36 inch tall freezer (not all at the same time). I tested it out and it will run my freezer for about 14 hours if nothing else plugged into it. It ran my 48 in. smart TV and router for about 4 hours. It should serve my needs well for outages that only last a day.
Excellent customer service. Had an issue with my AC180. Anson with customer support reached out after my warranty claim was submitted and answered all questions and was swift to send replacement once they received mine. I did have to pay 15 dollars to have a box sent to me (read the note on your box. KEEP THE BOX) to send mine back. Sending the power station back required a fed ex pick up NOT DROP OFF since considered hazardous material, but once pick up scheduled all was good. Replacement worked great but then there was an issue with my charger 1, Ava took over but was all over it. Once I provided all the info on what it was doing and what I had done a replacement was shipped out immediately. Just great communication all the way through the process and they stayed with me till I confirmed all items were working as they should. Very happy with BLUETTI!!
I’m on my second unit as the first one I purchased became faulty . This unit is again faulty and failed . I emailed Bluetti who said they recommend a firmware update but in the next sentence said it wouldn’t apply to several models. Mine being one of them . Then proceeded to ask for information that I’d already supplied in my first email . Appalling customer service
Loving my new Bluetti 180t! This is my second Bluetti power station and it is living up to the excellent and reliable repution that Bluetti is known for. I bought this because I needed more storage and output for my off-grid adventures. What really was a huge plus is the removable battery packs which make lifting and transportation a breeze. Another great option is the new cooler which I hope to get one day also uses the same batteries. Great off grid combo right? So the cooler is now my goal. With the quality, convince,and reputation Bluetti is known for how can you go wrong? Go check it out.
Super easy set up - out of the box plug into panel and laptop charged. Panel very nice, easy fold up/carry/unfold, fabric backing, easy to store I got one too small - 600w needed 1000w. Return process was a bit slow, just notified today product received back and credit in process today, but they also stated that the system I want will have the sale price honored from when I started the return. So that is very nice
I have purchased three AC180s, one EB70, and one EB55. I have never been happier with a product or company. My products work great! Just as advertised. I needed support once on a unit. They quickly offered a solution, ask me to send the unit in, they quickly repaired it and sent it back. I highly recommend Bluetti and I am confident that your experience with their products and service will please you as well. There a 10 out of 10 for me.
I have 4 bluetti generators that have performed wonderfully. I decided to buy a Charger 1 to add to my bluetti collection. Got it on sale during prime week from bluetti plus another $20 discount. It was the cheapest I've ever seen it. I was gone camping for the week when the unit arrived by FedEx and left at my front door. A picture was taken. Unfortunately, by the time I returned from camping 2 days later, the box was gone. Long story short, fedex was horrible. They denied the claim. But bluetti came thru for me by replacing the unit promptly and without any questions. Amazing service by Aden at bluetti!!! Fedex, not!! I can't wait to connect my charger 1 and start using it. Thank you Aden and bluetti! In going to be a long time returning customer! Love bluetti!!!
