I have 3 charging stations in use: AC-180P, AC-70P and EB3A. This time there was a problem with EB3A.The Bluetti EB3A charging station was discharged to 20% and turned off. The load was connected to the AC output. When I started charging, the station showed a load of 11-12W and did not charge. I cannot turn on the AC output with the button on the station. It only turns on via Bluetooth. and works only in UPS mode.I managed to revive the station by simultaneously connecting the solar PV input and the AC input. Separately from the AC input, it did not want to charge and separately from the PV input, it did not want to charge. And by connecting two inputs at the same time, the station started charging. I charged it like this to 5 percent. Then I continued charging through the PV input to 100 percent. The station started working normally.In tech support, suggested different options to try. I had to combine almost all the options. The station started. Thank you.
What makes the product so great. The ease to setup controller to battery to panels. The panels are quality. The controller is intuitive. The complaints regarding solar input should be noted that the panel rated input will likely never reach that amount no matter the brand only about 50-60% will be usable.
Purchased an AC180 almost two years and it was working well. It developed an issue, and I contacted customer support. Support personnel had me try a few things with no success. They generated an RNA for me to return the unit for repair. Although their testing did not reveal any issues with the unit, since I had demonstrated an actual issue, they shipped me out a totally new unit!New unit is working flawlessly. I will no concerns as I bring it out camping with me later this summer.
I recently purchased the AC180, and it was an absolute breeze compared to others on the market! The price is highly competitive, and when you factor in the impressive amp hours and lightning-fast charging speed, it’s a total no-brainer. Hands-down one of the best options out there!

I did not have the pleasure to experience the product as personal circumstances forced me to return the products. I chose BLUETTI after many days of research because of what I needed, a very good product with above average customer service in case I needed assistance.
