Wow what an amazing service. We visited the showroom and we were made to feel very welcome. We feel we got the best deal possible on our hot tub. Delivery was on the date specified from the beginning and the delivery guys were very pleasant and helpful. The sales team Andrew and Fiona were amazing always happy to help with any questions we had. Our experience was completely stress free. We highly recommend Blue Whale Spa!!
I'd like to thank Fiona for looking after me from day one. Fiona never once pushed the sale and gave me all the advice I asked for very clearly and not to technical. I'd say her friendly, polite, honest and professional approach to the way she conducted the sale is an asset to Blue Whale.

Great hot tub for a great price, and great service!Fiona answered all queries before and after with no hesitation, and the installation team Mark and Jon did a great job, didn’t turn up until 5 on a cold dark night but didn’t rush, and made sure to explain everything before they left. Upgraded to this from a wave foam spa and no regrets, used it loads over Xmas and glad I chose these guys :)
I went to Bluewhale Spa and met with Andrew I must say what a fantastic man he was, no pressure to buy. He went through all the different options for my requirements due to suffering with a bad back. I have had my hot tub now for a few months. I am absolutely delighted. The service received from start to finish/ installation has been amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ann Andreou
So far it has been an easy experience with good customer service. It’s not been easy form them due to a very busy schedule recently, but they was very understanding and couldn’t do enough.I have now booking in my service and will further update once complete.
We have purchased a Morrow hot tub after visiting the show room. The salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy and offer lots of advice so we could decide the right one for us. Pre-delivery communication was informative, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The tub was delivered and installed by a couple of men. They arrived on time and worked swiftly and skilfully to get the best set up and were very conscientious throughout. I had a couple of queries after installation, and they were dealt with courteously and immediately. I believe they are a very customer focused team.
