Was a big purchase for us and I was a bit overwhelmed by the choices of where to purchase. I started a what’s app chat with Fiona at blue whale spa and then followed up with a call. She was great and talked me through the different options and types. We took delivery of our new hot tub the following Friday. Great delivery from the two guys that positioned the tub right where we wanted it.
From the first visit to the showroom where we first met Fiona the sales advisor, through the decision making progress, placing the order through to the delivery and installation team of Trymore & Edmore, Blue whale Spa have been a dream to deal with. From polite and easily contactable staff, resolution of site issues and seamless installation, clear use instructions to our first dip. Two very satisfied customers.
Love the hot tub! Better than we imagined and the kids think it’s fantastic. We got the Hawkins Bay. Delivery was challenging as there were steps involved but Zen and Hubert were brilliant and several up for me a gave ad icon how to run it. I dealt with Andrew in sales. Very helpful.

I had such a fantastic experience with Blue Whale Spa from the moment I called them, their team is friendly, attentive and genuinely cared about my needs. We visited the impressive showroom and Andrew Brunton supported us through the whole experience. His knowledge is impressive and he really helped us in choosing the right hot tub for us. Delivery and installation was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for the friendly delivery guys. We have been very happy with our Crescent Bay Deluxe hot tub and would definitely buy again from Blue Whale Spa, they come highly recommended from us.

I brought a new hot tub though Blue whale spa’s. 1st contact was with Fiona, I sent all the info about access for the tub . She told me that there was enough room and it would fit though. On the day I was anxious as I thought it was all a bit tight. The installers turned up exactly when they said they would. And within 15 minutes had the tub off the van and though into my garden. They listened to my concerns about best way to set up the tub and advised me and its worked out perfectly. The team were Sorin and Martin they were brilliant a credit to the company . From the start to present day the service and customer service has been excellent. The guys who installed the hot tub - side - Sorin and Trymore were fast efficient and gave a comprehensive run down on how to setup and use the hottub. I've never had one before.The afterwards service from Fiona has again been first class. There is nothing to complain about, and I'm usually grumpy as a default. Setting. I would recommend Blue Whale to anyone interested in purchasing a hitting or any product from them
