Fantastic delivery service fromThe two guys that delivered my hot tub ( Trymore & Edmore) were super helpful and friendly and awt everything up just as I wanted it. The Hot Tub is amazing. Fiona who arranged everything was also excellent. Super happy with everything, thank you Blue Whale Spas.
Our hot tub was delivered by Trymore and Edmore they were very helpful, tidy and knowledgeable. They made sure the tub was clean and demonstrated how it all worked explaining about the chemicals etc before they left. The hot tub took about two hours to fill up and overnight to heat up.The next day we had a small leak from the drain site. We phoned Hot Tub Masters and they have arranged for an engineer to pop out in a couple of days. The general opinion is that it is residual water and nothing to worry about, but for peace of mind the engineer is coming. So far I can't fault anything. The whole team have been very helpful and accommodating and we are both loving the hot tub.
Installers Sorin @ Martin were fabulous, even answered calls the next day when I had a few questions talked us through every step, Fiona who we dealt with from start to finish was amazing, 5 stars from the initial phone call to the final installation would highly recommend
From ordering to installation the process was seamless, I had trouble with access due to the size of the tub I picked, however Fiona was reassuring and offered tubs that would be suitable, and changed this without any fuss. The installation was great, delivered on time on the date stated and installation guys worked well and with ease and a good explanation of starting up and chemical advice. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a hit tub to look no further than blue whale spas!!!

Purchased the Trinity II hot tub and absolutely love it! Sales team and customer service were great, Andrew Brunton helped and explained everything clearly.
