Great service from start to finish, Andrew kept us updated at all times and was happy to answer any questions we had. The engineers were really professional and friendly, even when working on a cold snowy evening they still spent the extra time to go over everything we had to ask about the hot tub. ( sorry didn’t get their names but thank you again ) Definitely would recommend to friends and families.
From start to finish this has been a tremendous experience- Andrew Brunton at Bluewhalespa was clear, understanding and sent over so much information to reassure us of the companies care to provide us with all we needed to know. Let’s be fair there are so many companies and spas it’s a minefield to choose, Andrew knew all his stuff and made us comfortable in our choice to suit us. The delivery was perfect and the guys who installed were knowledgeable and got it done speedily- full simple video and document tutorials were available, that got me from install to our first dip in 24 hours. This has been one of the most easy transactions I’ve dealt with considering the amount you have to part with. Thanks team - I would highly recommend
In January I purchased a Blue Whale Huntington beach spa. The team at Blue Whale were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Fiona in sales was there to answer any queries I had, and arrange delivery flexibly around my needs. Each time I have called back with more queries she’s been so patient with me and made the entire purchase experience extremely easy. I had this spa craned over my house to its resting place and Mark and Edmore (the installation team) were utter perfectionists, attention to every tiny detail and so knowledgeable and informative about the aspects of my spa, they were so well mannered and patient with all of my questions and gave a fantastic intro to the spa. Then on to the quality of the product itself, my wife and I have been in the spa every day since it arrived, it’s absolutely fantastic, from the Bluetooth sound system to the powerful pumps and massage jets. Ordered our 2nd hot tub from Blue whale. The last one we had for 4 years and no problems at all. We moved house and have ordered a new 6 seater. Fiona was great helping us with the logistics and dates the process was very fast. The delivery and installation was great Jon and Martin put their selves out to get the hot tub into its final position they wired the tub up and fitted all of the accessories they explained everything clearly and I learned some new tips on keeping a hot tub. All in all a great processfrom start to finish would highly recommend using them.

I cannot fault this company. From initially having the hot tub and not completely understanding how to use it- our fault not theirs - to asking for advice on spares nothing was ever too much trouble. All the staff I've had dealing with have been excellent; helpful, efficient, patient, knowledgeable.
I had no idea what I was looking for but after speaking to fiona she made my decision so easy the service from start to finish was amazing the 2 delivery guys mark and John were super helpful nothing was a problem I can't thank fiona and her team enough I've had some lovely evenings enjoying my new hot tub guys thanks again
