ordered 29 November 2023 told 1 week for processing 17 December still being processed customer service unhelpful, no info at all can't cancel as they say I have to return and wait for refund I am beyond furious this was a much wanted xmas gift, whilst there products may be good there service is appalling and I would never recommend them
Terrible Customer Support. Tried the chat feature on the website, bot tells me I'll be put through to a live agent 5hrs later no live agent.Same day I tried the WhatsApp and bot puts me through to live agent, 7hrs later an agent replies.The most expensive speakers and the worst SupportAnd I have the screenshots to prove :)
Ordered quiet comfort 2 earbuds on the 28th of November. 3 weeks later I chased the order and was told I wouldn’t get them until after Christmas. I asked for a refund and was told that I couldn’t get a refund until I recieved them. I again called back and was told the refund would be processed in 72 hours, it wasn’t’ was told that sorry but it would be processed in 72 hours it wasn’t. I have just called this morning to be told that Bose have no record of my payment. I called back with a screenshot to be told that the refund had been made. It hadn’t I am now going through my bank to get my money back as Bose are digging their heels. Do not buy from these thieves
Would have given zero stars if possible. Ordered a Xmas present online on 27.11.23. Stated order would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. Rang 14.12.23 as no shipping update - advised very busy now and shipping has been moved to 2-4 weeks and would be delivered up to 27.12.23. Advised shipping was 1-2 weeks on order so said would raise a ticket to expedite and would be delivered before Xmas. Order was not shipped until 18.12.23 - UPS say they ahve lost it and I have to raise a claim that could take up to 10 days to investigate. Bose tell me it is still in the warehouse in Belgium. Either way I am not getting it before Xmas now. Asked Bose for a refund - apparently they have to ship it to the UK first, before a return can be processed then I have to wait 7-10 working days (so middle of Jan 24 at earliest) to get a refund, when I paid on 27.11.23. Appalling customer service, will never use again.
We have a Soundtouch 300 stopped working and today you can only deal with Bose I have tried everything to make contact and given up , contact is only vie the internet , their "Chat Help" useless - phoning a waste of time as you sit waiting forever - it is made in such a way as to be difficult Have now totally given up being helped by them , will have to throw the Sounder away and buy another one WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN I did find an, e.mail but never had a reply
Ordered in plenty of time for gifting, given the statement of 4-7 working days for delivery there should have been no issues. 4 working days to dispatch and now 4 working days with UPS after clearing customs in Belgium and still sat in their hub with actual delivery looking like 9-10 working days if lucky, UPS are atrocious in the North of Scotland.I could have bought from Currys and had it within a few days for the same money. Lesson learnt.
I have owned a pair of quietcomfort 35 series II for a couple of years now and can’t complain at the sound quality at all. I use the headphones when travelling which isn’t very often at all, however on my recent trip to Thailand I noticed some wear around the ear pads which I thought was odd, however after a 12 hour flight I noticed how bad they had got. I tried to contact Bose where I was told the item was out of warranty and they would offer me a discount on a new pair. There is nothing wrong with the sound and would be more than happy with replacement pads especially as my wife’s headphones (exactly the same model) which are older haven’t a mark on them. Poor show from a brand we have been using for years with no issues with other items.
Ordered the new Bose quiet comfort ultra in light purple because they could only be ordered via Boses own website. It was indicated that the order would ship within 1-2 days. Now 10 days after, my order is still not delivered and I am told that it can take two more weeks! I cannot cancel the order and am extremely disappointed by the lack of service. I would have been able to order the headphones with delivery within 24 hours in multiple other stores but just not in this colour. You think that when you order from the producers own website then you are guaranteed a good experience but unfortunately that is not the case with Bose. Seems like a discount Company.
Customer service is non-existent, I phoned for a repair on a CD stacking system, it is no longer available for repairs as the system is obsolete BUT we can sell you an upgrade!!! I asked what I am I supposed to do with it?? Chuck it in the landfill? Hardly environmentally friendly, is it? I asked if they have any telephone numbers for a repair specialist and no of course not, try John Lewis was the reply. Like most of the reviews I have since read, I will NO LONGER buy anything Bose.
