Review Time
Before placing my order it was confirmed (I have the screen shot) to me that UPS would be in receipt within 1 working day. When I contacted 3 days later I was then told it had not been dispatched & didn't when it would be. I asked for a refund which was refused because it was packed ??!! I said I wanted this issue raised as a complaint & was told as their delivery problems were well known I could not do that (not to me it wasn't!) . The conversations were absolutely meaningless, unhelpful & untrue. I will never ever buy another Bose product (of which I have a few) & suggest anyone reading this does the same-go elsewhere-cheaper & with some customer care. In the meantime I will try to get my money via credit card company.
Returned an item to them, well within their return period. They provided that shipping label. I have confirmed tracking and confirmation of delivery back to Bose. Been chasing my refund for over a month. Fist, it was "delays in processing" and refund would be a few days. Now they are claiming they did not receive the delivery. I have been a long time Bose customer and will never buy from them again and I suggest anyone reading this does the same - they do not deserve e to be in business. I will update on the outcome of small claims court.
I wish i read these reviews before i ordered, what a misery, i cant collect my parcel because bose didn't send me the pick-up code, the order arrived but the code didn't, im traveling and these guys aren't working on the weekends. Their website has no idea the order arrived. The very initial problem they didn't send my property number they just sent the flat number so ups couldn't deliver, i called ups and they resolved it instantly. But they can't help with the parcel pickup code because that's with bose
I bought refurbished speakers, it seemed to be a very good deal with factory guaranteed quality. It was a tremendous mistake. They sent me the items without “omnijewel foot connectors”, that’s a little crucial component, without it the speakers don’t work. I went through the customer service, they didn’t send me the items. It’s like they don’t understand what they are. I’m trying to get a refund. Unfortunately Bose UK is not worthy it, avoid it guys and buy in stores.
This company are absolutely terrible and so is their customer services.I placed an order for some headphones and on the same day I attempted to cancel. I was told I couldn't cancel, it was too late, and I should refuse to accept delivery.Delivery was 3 days later (so why couldn't I cancel?), and I refused delivery as advised. The UPS driver was very rude to me for refusing delivery. But I don't blame bose for that part.However, I got an email off them acknowledging that they had seen I refused my delivery and I should allow 10 working days for a refund.It's now been over a month and I've still had no refund. I've constantly been in touch with customer services and I am told a different story by each person I communicate with.I'm left with no option but to try and retrieve the money through my card provider as its unlikely Bose are going to refund the money. £165 - it's a lot of money to me and I needed it back.They fail to adhere to their own terms and conditions.
A dissapointing experience with Bose Quiet Comfort 2 Buds.I had owned the older wired model for several years and they were great heaphones especially on trains and planes. They've really missed the mark on this latest generation. A few negatives:* The rubber ear grips always fall off. * Bluetooth connection is inconsistent. * Max volume is too quiet for most phonecalls. * It's not possible to turn off noise cancelling fully, so there's always a large amount of noise floor (hiss) which is very off-putting when using in a quiet room or bed etc.* Sometimes one bud wouldn't charge when in the carry case.*The design of the carry case is poor. To unload the buds you have to basically grip the small rubber ear grip to pull it out.* The voice prompts are in a weird robotic Chinese accent that is quite unclear.* Not very good battery life.Some positives:* The sound is fantastic.* The app is quite good, but still a lot less features than Samsung for example.* The touch functions especially volume slide are useful.* Build quality seems nice.* They do stay in the ear quite well.I appreciate that Bose do have a phone number and a call centre. It's somewhat pointless though as most of the staff don't really know the products any more than an generic AI bot would. English isn't their 1st language so it made discussing issues slightly difficult.I did get the noise floor issue logged with development and although they said a firmware update was meant to improve that problem, it never did.I returned the headphones due to all these faults after about 8 months and have received a refund.For the price I wouldn't recommend these ear buds. I own some from Amazon for £30 that are overall better in terms of battery, ear fit, and bluetooth.I recently bought Galaxy buds Pro 2 for half the price of the Bose - overall a much better package.
Si (hope I got your name right) you are amazing, one of the best customer experiences I can recall, I had issues with some earphones, read up the Trustpilot reviews, thought here we go and wow just simply superb, I did say on the call if that happens it would be amazing but I wont hold my breath - you did what you said, so happy thank you!
I cant believe how bad this service is. My complaint is seven weeks after returning faulty ear buds (under full warranty) I'm still awaiting acknowledgment about my promised replacement. I have endless phone conversation with seemingly unintelligible agents. beyond a joke.
