Bose headphone stopped working after 1 year. On contacting customer services they tried to get me to pay for a replacement only changing their story when I pointed out the 2 year warranty claiming that some countries have a 1 year warranty. On looking only India has a 1 year warranty and I had already stated where I was from. For a expensive product things like this aren't acceptable and given the cheaper alternatives now on the market that are pretty similar quality wise when this pair of headphones stops working this is what I will be replacing them with
Ordered a set of headphones. UPS never delivered them as they are a waste of space in Ireland. Bose UK informed me that as my order "could not be delivered" I would receive a refund within 10 days. 5 WEEKS LATER, still no refund. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!
If your waiting for a refund from bose God luck. They are worst company I have ever dealt with. promised a refund from them within 10 business days and after 2 months of emails and no refund I contacted my credit card company who have refunded me I personally will never buy from bose again .
Abysmal customer service. Item didn’t arrive and every person I speak to just repeats the line, “ your item has been successfully delivered.” It is impossible to escalate a complaint or speak to somebody to look into it.Staff have no understanding or regard for UK consumer rights.Avoid this company.
Absolute waste of time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and HORRENDOUS RESPONSES. Customer service team is in bangladesh or something, an absolute bunch of jokers. No clue what they on about. I returned a speaker, which was received by bose 8 weeks ago and still i have to beg them to have my money refunded? WHAT!!!!
Disgusting customer service, requested a replacement, everything was going well and then asked me for the full retail of the said replacement . What a horrible customer service this company has. Absolute jokers.When you pay premium price I expect 1st class quality and customer service. I asked for a replacement item only for them to say I need to pay full retail and send the original item Sickening service, avoid, avoid, avoid.
Appalling customer service, one star is way too much! Sent my headphones to them 3 weeks ago (using their prepaid courier, etc). From my 3 weeks of badgering the only conclusion I can reach is that they have lost them. I have been told to wait for 2 weeks while they “investigate” then 12 business days, and now the 12 business days are up they need another 5 business days to “investigate”. I think this may go on until I die or they go out of business. Laughable if that hadn’t taken my headphones away and lost them. Avoid at all costs!**Edit as of November 13th - just been told to wait another 7-10 working days. The 4th time I’ve been told this.November 15th - new order created… surprise surprise 7 - 10 working days.November 18th - still going to take another 7 - 10 working days. Seems to be on repeat.
My headphones broke and they offered me a replacement which were the new edition, free of charge. Great news.Sent the broken ones back via UPS (pre-paid by Bose) and waited a month before I messaged on their live chat to be told the box I sent them arrived EMPTY. Completely losing my mind that someone has stolen my headphones and Bose didn’t even think to contact me. They kept copying and pasting the same message which was infuriating, I don’t know if the person on the other end was trying to wind me up.I called them and they told me to submit the proof of sending and everything else in an email, which I did.A month later, no response so I call them for an update. Get told to wait another week by someone who was evidently unable to do their basic job requirements. Called up the following week and told there was no update and told to call back on October 4th for the outcome of their magical investigation.Been called (at my request) today to be told that my claim has been denied and to contact UPS.Good stuff, had my headphones robbed and Bose are an abysmal company. I will never buy anything from this company again and will urge others to do the same. Such a disconnect between the way they market themselves and their products and service. Should be ashamed.
Dealing with this company is just appalling. The customer service team, I have a feeling that based in Middle East somewhere, are absolutely useless. They promise to send me a HDMI cable for my TV Speaker. I have been waiting and waiting for it.....Bose is a NAME but, as I said, appalling service. Order No : N0573994507
