Absolute joke! Ordered a gift on the website 15 days ago and it said it would be despatched within 2 days. A week later I'd heard nothing so went on live chat to find out what's going on. I was then told my order wouldn't be despatched for 2 weeks. Yesterday was 2 weeks and guess what....still not despatched. I asked for a refund and was told this would take 8-10 days to be released. The people on live chat were really unhelpful and the customer service has been disgusting. Not what you want from a premium brand. Have now purchased an alternative from Sonos.
Unfortunately I've had the same appalling Bose retail experience as a lot of other reviewers.Ordered headphones on 30th Nov. Received an order confirmation email, but no shipping details/tracking links sent. Checked with customer service (live chat) after 5 days, and on multiple occasions over the following 2 weeks. I was either told to wait 72 hours for an update, or given false promises about imminent shipping times.Due to the unreliable info I was being given, and general ongoing delays, on 15th Dec I asked for the order to be cancelled. On 18th Dec, Bose processed payment, so now I'm left chasing a refund for an order I no longer want, which was placed 18 days ago, and which I'd asked to be cancelled 3 days ago.I'm now being told that the 'cancellation request' team will need 48 hours to determine IF my order can be cancelled, as it has supposedly already been fully processed and packed (but still no shipping information, 18 days after placing the order...).Apparently I will be receiving an email in the next 48 hours with a cancellation update, but given the multiple false promises I've previously received from Bose customer services, I'm not optimistic.The experience to date has been beyond poor. In a nutshell, avoid buying direct from Bose. They make good products, but are clearly unable to operate a competent retail business.
Bose customer service is a joke , agent responds after around 30 mins to give me same party line every time I chase where my product is , sent headphones in for repair 4 weeks ago, and replacement ones have never been sent out , customer service agents say 3 weeks or 4 weeks or 5 weeks , they haven't a clue and there is no way to escalate this to anyone , they fob you off with emails that don't work , really disappointed
1 star is too much. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No sign of headphones. No one knows what is happening. Different story every time. Spent hours on the phone trying to sort. They just don’t care. Luckily ordered on credit card so have a refund. Bose refused a refund. Excuse after excuse. Staff not trained properly to sort things out. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I will never buy from Bose. They need to learn from Apple how to treat customers!!!!
Feel like BOSE have stolen my money. Ordered an in stock product on the 30th of November which is meant to be my daughters main Christmas present. Zero correspondence from BOSE so chased them up using WhatApp support and received absolutely no information from them except to say I couldn’t cancel…which is ridiculous. Other people are saying don’t buy from BOSE direct when they should be saying DON’T buy from BOSE at all as this company is a disgrace. I am going to have a very disappointed daughter at Christmas as I imagine others will as well.
Have ordered a portable speaker in Oct, it din't connect with MacBook, have returned for replacement order. Again the replacement have typo (different name) with name so returned it. They order another replacement yet to reach by Dec. No email, no info, whatsoever, lot of patience and followup needed if you wish to buy Bose product. Ridiculous...
An absolute shambles!! Order placed for a Xmas gift on Dec 1st, when I ordered it said it would be shipped 1 week later (which would have been totally fine) It’s now been over 2 weeks. No tracking info at all and the order hasn’t been shipped with no way of knowing when it will be and it’s impossible to get through to Bose customer service at all!! Would much rather have been given a refund and bought them elsewhere as no chance these will come in time for Xmas so I’m down £200 and no gift for my partner! Really disappointed
Please don’t order direct to Bose. Less than 24 hrs after placing order I rang to cancel and was told my order was dispatched. 12 days later no item and no dispatch details. I’m quite shocked that customer services will bare face lie. Sad that the customer facing part of company doesn’t match the brilliant engineering
1 star is too much. Order placed no comms constant chase told 1-2 week delay (post 2 weeks) no eta for delivery. Try to cancel told too late as has shipment no (although not shipped) worse customer experience I have ever had - false promises, scripted response that tell you nothing. How can this be with what is considered a quality Brand. How are they still trading with such poor customer care and fulfilment experience
My review is NOT related to Bose products, their headphones are out of this world however their non existing customer service is unbelievable. Ordered new very expensive headphones on BFCM and it said they would ship a week later due to increased demand. 17 (!!!) days later, they still haven’t been shipped. Not getting a reply via email, their chat is never available and their response time n WhatsApp is around 3 days and absolutely useless. Can’t get over the fact that a company that produces products thus good sucks so much at customer service, really embarrassing!
