4.5/5! I ordered the Contemporary Creative 3D Printed Moon Ceramic Base USB Table Lamp For Bedroom (Ceramic Base + Little Prince Ornament). For how affordable it is, the item quality is quite good and does the job in style. I would prefer the shadow of the lamp base (where it connects to the 3D printed moon) to not be visible, especially when the lamp is at full brightness; but that's me nitpicking. The item was shipped from China, so do expect a longer shipping time. (I liked that they were very communicative on the status of the shipment!) I took off a ½ point symbolically because the shadow, and because the Little Prince ornament did arrive broken. Their customer service representative (shout out to Lily) was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, though! They quickly replaced the ornament for me and it arrived at my door in about two weeks.
Despite some reservations, I ordered a $400 ceiling LED light from them because it appeared to be exactly what I was looking for. It took over a month to arrive in Canada. On arrival, it looked quite cheap immediately and the form factor was not as in the pictures (not flush mount). I soon realized that it did NOT have any safety stickers from Canada or USA, so not usable here. It did not have the switch promised for changing colour temperature, nor does it work with either of two dimmers I tried, even though the site said it was "infinitely dimmable." To add insult to injury, the instructions are 100% in Chinese with no translation.It is clear that this is a drop shipping site that ships unlicensed, low quality items directly from China, and the descriptions are blatantly deceiving. The light I got is worth about 10% of the price I paid. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
Oh how I wish I’d read reviews of this company before ordering! They’re a scam. It took almost two months for my order to arrive, which is when I knew I’d made a mistake. When I got my light fixtures, they looked laughably cheap. One light was cracked. They’re straight out ignoring my return/refund request, saying they’ll send me a replacement, which I’ve told them three times I don’t want. I finally disputed the whole charge with my credit card company and am waiting on their decision.Stay. Away.
I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I purchased a ceiling fan from Bulb Square that I wanted to return. They have given me the runaround for two months and simply do not seem to grasp the concept that in our market, customers return products for reasons other than malfunction or missing parts. There are plenty of other companies out there that do. Save yourself a headache and avoid this one.
We ordered three separate items. The first two arrived in great shape and are lovely. The third item, separate order, arrived with a crack. Customer Services was very responsive and provided a full refund (shipping and everything) within days.
When we received our order it didn’t provide enough light for the intended spot and I got in touch to get instructions to return it. They offered to send a brighter fixture at no cost which arrived a couple of weeks later. We needed some guidance as to how to install the new shade and they went to the trouble of recording a video to demonstrate for us. They were very responsive and polite in all our communication.The new fixture is great and I am grateful for the personalized attention they gave us through the whole process. It’s rare to have this level of customer service.
Received lighting within expected shipping time, however my electrician wasn’t able to install as there were no documented approvals on the fixtures or with the fixtures. I have contacted the company twice now over the last 2 weeks without any response or acknowledgment. I asked for Canadian approval documentation or if not approved for Canada, a refund (as they shouldn’t be sold to Canadian customers if not approved). I’ve been completely ghosted, wasting hundreds of dollars.
