Review Time
Took six months for the light fixture to arrive, the company was completely unhelpful during this period. Once the product did arrive it in no way matched the description. I asked to return it and was told that I was out of the return window despite the fact that the return window elapsed while the light was in transit.
After waiting over two months, they sent me the wrong lamp in pieces. We had to wire this lamp and put it together. Customer service does nothing but argue. They didn't offer a solution and kept insulting my intelligence. Don't buy from this company. The product im stuck with is of cheap quality.
I had a Little trouble with the connexion. It wasn’t working well. They take time to help me and see what de problème could be. After some talk, the send me knew parts to try it and everything was working well after that. They made sure I was ok and satisfied !
BulbSquare misrepresented their light fixture on their website. It stated it was black, but was a shiny silver. When I asked to return it, because it wasn’t black, they refused. Terrible service and cheap looking product. Never buy from them.
Shipping took awhile (which is expected) and customer service was excellent when I reached out with concerns. Then after installing the until I realized my household had thrown the lenses out that close in the light. I simply emailed customer service asking if replacements were an option. They emailed back within a day and were extremely helpful. I will definitely use this company again.
Any glowing reviews on this site are clearly written by hired minions. Do not buy from here. I basically concur with every bad review here. Light is a POS and they won’t issue a refund. That’s after I had to fight to get them to send missing parts to me. Twice. I’m so angered that they’re allowed to exist at all and that there aren’t stricter regulations preventing this scam. Bulb square don’t you even insult me with a BS response to this review! DON’T YOU EVEN DARE!
