I ordered a table lamp before I read the reviews. I was a bit nervous because of the amount of bad reviews I read after ordering. However, I decide to be proactive, wrote the company let them know I was feeling less than positive about doing business with them. Customer service promptly addressed my concerned. They sent me close up photo of lamp. Assured me I would get exactly what I ordered etc.I received the lamp today (It does take time for items to arrive). Its was well packed. It is just what I ordered[ I am very pleased with this purchase. I also received several updates on the item in transit from customer service. FedX also kept me up to date tracking the package. Perhaps they now understand reviews can kill a sale and are making a concerted effort to provide an excellent experience for their customers. They do offer some lovely lighting options that are fairly priced. I search a long time to find this lamp.
I purchased a light fixture from Bulb Square recently. It was the worst product and service I have ever had. The shipment took twice as long to receive as initially stated. Due to the delay, I was told I was going to get a credit of 10% on purchase price - that did not happen. Once received, the light fixture had no assembly instructions. After multiple emails and attempts at live chat (was always offline), the only instructions I received were two sentences long and instructed me to connect two wires. Completely useless. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a light fixture for $219.00And it still has not arrived, and it has been a month. You can see that it stopped in the tracking process and never went into the United States. This company will not do a refund for products not received. I also did not realize this was going to be a Chinese company Where it would take this long. Honestly, I would not have chosen this lamp. Had I known that. I do think Temu has better products and it is much less expensive and often arrives within a week and a half this company makes things look good but it’s really cheap quality is what I am hearing over and over again. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card if you look at trust pilot, it’s the same review over and over again in a different form and this company continues to put out the same form letter. I doubt they’ve done anything to make good for their deception.
Tiffany, in customer service, was very communicative and helpful. She even helped me make a change to my order after I had ordered. The shipping took about what I thought would, and when it arrived I was very happy with the quality and aesthetic of the chandelier. It was pretty easy to put together, too. It is perfect for the space. I will make this my first stop for future lighting projects.
The fixtures they sent me were not adaptable to a normal US light fixture mudring. Upon receiving them I right away contacted them and asked to send them back for a refund. I got an automated response. For a week (so far) I’ve been emailing them to find out how to get a refund and a mailing label and they won’t respond. I had to start a claim with my bank. Don’t buy from them, they won’t let you return even though the website says they will. Update: they finally responded and after going back and forth they said they would refund a portion if I deleted my review. Yeah I’m not doing that.
I ordered 3-sconce lights approx &300. Bulb square claimed it shipped and provided a tracking link but the link has suddenly vanished. B4 it vanished, it showed it was enroute from China and supposedly made several stops in the US. However, everything went silent. The product was ordered 9/30 nearly 6-weeks ago...they are a scam...BEWARE and run away
I ordered 4 travertine light fixtures for my new home. Although the fixtures are attractive and the look I wanted, they are unable to be installed by my electrician to US standard electrical boxes. I have emailed to begin the return process and have not received a reply. The ads are misleading and I suspect this is a fraudulent company.
I ordered what was advertised as a stained glass light, but what I received was a cheap plastic imitation. It looked nothing like genuine stained glass — just thin, glossy plastic, not glass at all.When I raised the issue, the seller initially tried to justify it by falsely claiming, “this is how stained glass looks.” After persistent back-and-forth, they finally offered refund and return options.They first asked me to return the product to China at my own cost, which would have been more expensive than the item itself. Despite the product being clearly misadvertised, they refused to cover return shipping. It felt like a tactic to avoid paying shipping and potential customs/import fees on their end.Instead, they offered a partial refund, starting at 10%, then 40%, then 50%, and finally agreeing to 60% if I kept the item. I accepted the 60% refund purely to close the matter. That was over a month ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, they’ve still not issued the refund.They now claim it was processed — but I’ve received nothing. No payment,or effective resolution.This company misrepresents its products, refuses to honor refund commitments, and shows blatant disregard for consumer rights.Avoid this seller at all costs. The product quality is poor, the advertising is deceptive, and the refund process is completely unreliable.
