Review Time
I only gave two stars because the item looks nice. I ordered two floor lamps, about $450 each. First it took them weeks for it to arrive and the tracking was incorrect up until the day before it arrived. Then I get the products which are supposed to be "infinitely dimmable" with a remote control for the dimmer, but between two of them, neither of the remotes (which are cheaply made and look like a toy) work. I don't think the light is dimmable at all. The worst part is they came in two completely different light tones, one being very bright light and the other slightly warm light. I've e-mailed them but seeing all the crappy reviews I think I've just wasted $900+. I wish I'd checked for reviews. This is ridiculous. I'm so pissed.
I ordered a floor lamp on 12 January 2025, for the sum of $505AUD. I sent numerous emails to request tracking information. On two occasions (approximately 2-3 weeks apart), I received an email reply to advise that the lamp cannot be sent by air due to the large size and that is is "at the port". So it appears that the lamp was "at the port" for 2-3 weeks. The lamp finally arrived on 5 March 2025. the lamp looks like it was thrown into a cyclone. There are many creases, folds, and marks all over the "material" part of the lamp. The item is completely damaged. For the price that I paid, I expect a high-quality lamp that looks like the photos on the website. The lamp that I received looks like it would cost $10 on Temu. I did not get what I paid for , and I am beyond angry. The phone number listed on the website does not exist. I sent an email with photos. I demanded an urgent response and refund. I am still waiting for a response. I submitted a product review on their website with photos. My review was removed. For those who are interested in purchasing from this company, don't be fooled by the stunning photos and marketing on the website. You do not get what you pay for. This item doesn't even deserve a 1-star review.
My experience with Bulbsquare was extremely delightful. Bulbsquare had many different style light fixtures than most of the lighting company's out there. And most of the time I was dealing with Lexie, which made dealing with Bulbsquare as awesome as awesome can get!! thank you all again.!!!.
This website is a total scam/fraud. I ordered two pendant light fixtures for $150usd each. The lights arrived (a month later) with faulty wiring (no ground wire!), and the fixtures were made out of cheap styrofoam that was stained. When I reached out to the company to request a refund, they ghosted me. Do not order from this website!!!
sent the wrong items. The items they sent that were correct are very poor quality, and don't match the product photos or description. Its premium prices for cheap tat.Update: I contacted the email provided before posting this but didn't get a reply untill after I posted this review. Update: I have now raised a claim with trading standards due to not providing me with the items I ordered. I sent an email to cancel my order just 15 minutes after placing it, but they ignored my email completely and still charged my credit card. The customer service is very disappointing. I now understand why this website has so many negative reviews
