Review Time
First we ordered some lights to go over our kitchen table. They were back ordered because of Chinese new year but then came 90 days later and it was the wrong model. They sent us the right model and didn’t ask for the wrong model back. Ok. The LED lights are cheep and flickering which drives me crazy. I can’t put regular bulb because the lights will catch on fire as my electrician says. In the mean time we ordered 3 pendants lights for our kitchen island. First they were back ordered, again months. Then they came but it was the wrong model and one was broken. They sent us tree more of the right model but two were broken. They gave us a 20% discount and sent tree more lamps without the wiring. Now it’s been 9 months of going back and forth and there final answers was that I had all the parts to put them back together. I had to figure out how to transfer the wiring from my broken lamps to my new unbroken pendant ones. After many emails they still didn’t want to help us fix the problem. So I had to figure out how to wire the pendant lamps. Good thing I didn’t trow away all the broken lamps and I was able to salvage tree of them. I’m so frustrated with that company it’s not even funny. On top of it the led lights flickers and I can’t dim them without making it worse. I tried to put conventional lights in it but it won’t work. In short, stay away from that company at all cost. It’s a huge waste of time and money.
I made a mistake of ordering the wrong product and Rita from customer service was amazing. She gracefully offered a few options to help me rectify this blip and we came to the best option for me. Her response was every time within 24hrs, and kind and caring. Nothing wrong with the product, it was my error.
Bulbsquare is a total fraud. They advertised low quality products as top tier. Then after 35 days waiting for the product, it arrives with parts apart scattered in the box. Nowhere do they say they are in China. Then when I asked for a total refund, they told me they will do when I return the product at my own cost. It was $94.00 via USPS and $234.00 via DHL. Another fraud. I told them that I would throw he product in the garbage and they may do whatever they want. Avoid being a victim of these scammers. Don't buy from them and alert everyone of their fraud.
The ceiling mounted light fixture I purchased was beautiful but I would never purchase from them again. Directions arrived only in Chinese and although customer service was helpful the process by email for trying to get directions with the language barriers was exceedingly time consuming and difficult and often less than clear. Finding the specialty bulbs locally wasn't possible and putting the fixture up was difficult for my exceptional handiman. Be prepared because although the items ordered might be attractive and reasonably priced they are not always easy to assemble or install.
Ordered 2 led lights with remotes. One worked great, the other failed to pair with the remote. Rita from support was fantastic, responded promptly, helped troubleshoot, and mailed out a new remote with a bonus backup controller. The new remote worked right away. Excellent experience!
Our light arrived after a month with a damaged driver box. I contacted the company and they sent a new box and bulbs in about 30 days. Our electrician had to replace every one of the discs and it was costly. Customer service was very responsive, quality control not so much. The light looks cool though.
After receiving my product, I thought I have missing a piece to complete my assembling of the product. The staff was so patient working with me to resolved my issue. It turned out I mistakenly thinking a piece was missing and instead blaming me, they were kindly pointed out the issue without 🫵😝Love the lamp and the services!!
This chinese place is a big scam. It took 3 months to get a product that was terrible quality and damaged. Do not get scammed. My credit card company is disputing the charge now. Also, you may find the same product yiu liked at bulbsquare elsewhere, careful!, it could be another scam website (probably launched by the same people in china)
Spent $120 on a light, which obviously is not worth $120 when I got it, their margins must be huge. Took a month to get to me, didn’t work, had an electrician install and then install a $40 light I got from Lowes. When I asked to return the item I get emails saying I need to send a video or the light being turned on and off to show that it doesn’t work. They refuse to refund me until this is complete. This site needs to be shut down, scam site.
