I ordered 2 large solar lights to mount on my garage. The solar receptors were large, and produced good light. They are very attractive units. The lenses were different in colour, and when I contacted the retailer they were apologetic and sent a replacement light. I was told I could keep the original. Which was good, since the packaging was lacking and there was some damage that I noticed later. Overall, the service was very good, and would buy from them again. They are a little pricey, but the quality seems good, and even came with a remote for each light.
Ordered last May the 3rd, the Modern Creative Bear Iron Glass 1-Light Wall Sconce Lamp. It has been more than a month now, and not received yet. Chat online is off to get an update on the shipment. I wish I can hear from my order since the money has been taken. Thanks,
My experience was excellent! The lights are beautiful, work perfectly and arrived in perfect condition. Their customer service (my rep was Rita) was better than many US companies I have dealt with. Always a timely response. Always resolved any questions I had. My lights arrived even earlier than anticipated. I would definitely purchase from them again.
Unfortunately I didn't do my homework on this company and learned my lesson the hard way. This is a scam company. The light we received is of poor quality, not to US safety standards and a huge fire risk. The company disguises the fact that they're not based in the US, and then informs you that you're responsible for any return shipping to China. They offer a partial refund for you to keep the item -- which I'm guessing is their business model as they'd still turn a profit on these cheaply constructed products. Don't make the same mistake I did!
The lamp I bought is the Contemporary Scandinavian Solid Wood Iron Cylinder Shade 1-Light Wall Sconce Lamp For Bedroom. I received it in good shape but I had to assemble it which is fine. The parts are of very poor quality. The screws don't turn properly on the bolt and you can tell their quality because of the casting that shows a line around the screws. They are also scratched and more importantly was the arms of the lamp. They look cheap plastic with some residual oil stain you can't remove because the plastic absorbed it. The shop looks like they are selling high end products. It's a ruse. The price isn't even cheap considering the quality you get. I will see if I can even return it since it's ship from China.Update: they want to give me a partial refund on a new product that I request to return the same day I received it. In reality they charged me more money without any reasons and then refund this extra charge. I am still waiting for the refund of the total cost of this product.Update 2: I have sent proof that you charged me $42.27 and $16.91 and then refund then back. Therefore you didn't refund me anything. Update 3: they claim to be willing to refund me but never did and focus more on this review than providing a good service. I have give up my $180 and move on. Don't buy from this store unless you are willing to take the risk of losing the money. Their store is advertising the wrong quality product and there is not any descent customer service.
Great products very much as shown online. We had a fixture arrive with shipping damage and it was replaced right away. We also had a fixture stop working within the warranty period and it was replaced right away. Great customer service and follow up!
We ordered a light fixture and here are just *some* of the problems we had:1) it took months to come2) it is COMPLETELY un-installable3) it did not come with a parts list or instructions4) the parts it did come with (very few) violated US building codes and could not be installed5) when we asked for a refund because it is not possible to install this light to code or safely, the company did not respond
I too ordered a product that they told me was a Chinese holiday. It was gonna be two or three more weeks before they would be back in to get my item shipped. Then they shipped it to the wrong ZIP Code and said it was being sent back I sent several emails giving them my correct ZIP Code and now I just received an email saying it’s been shipped again to a whole Nother ZIP Code that is also incorrect. I will not buy from this company again and if they don’t get back to me with my product shipped to me ASAP I will be contacting my credit card to have this charged reversed and I will definitely get the word out to everyone I know not to buy from this company. If I know it was from China I would never have ordered.
