Dearest reader, I read the poor reviews but went ahead and ordered anyways because I really loved the fixture and was assured by the company that they took customer care and reputation seriously. Firstly the fixture was missing the correct ceiling installation hardware, so off to wayfair I went to purchase the correct one. Then my electrician was not able to install and he believes the entire fixture is not operational....So buyer beware, next time I will take heed of the bad reviews.
This company has got to be a scam. I ordered 2 bedside lamps that were actually on the more expensive side of lamps I was looking at, and when they came they are so cheaply made they can’t even be put together to stand upright. Save yourself the complete waste of money and just buy from a known brand.
I ordered a $165 light fixture knowing their return policy said they'd accept returns within 60 days but I had to pay for shipping back to them. What they don't tell you is that they drop ship direct from China so returning this thing would cost $87 from USPS. So if I ship it back to them I end up paying $87 for a "full" refund (and that's assuming it actually gets to China safely). Alternatively, they offered a 40% discount if I just kept it but that would still mean I am paying $100 for a light I have no use for. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!
