Beware! I received a defective light and have not heard back from customer service

I received my light a few days ago and emailed the company’s support email address as soon as I opened the box to alert them that there was a blob of soldering on the bottom edge of my light and the paint was chipping off of it as well. I included a photo in my message. I did not hear back from their customer service (I checked my spam/junk folder as well.) This is my first time ordering from this company and I am not happy with the product or the lack of customer service. I cannot hang the light the way it is as it will not look nice.

Shipping will never update and then…

Shipping will never update and then eventually it got sent back to shipper. They tried twice and still no updates on tracking. Not the best company, would avoid unless you really need to buy a lamp from them lol

Horrible Product…

I bought a swing arm lamp from this company (Bulbsquare) that once opened, went straight into the trash. The lamp head was detached and it did not fit securely onto the arm. The workmanship was horrible and it was about a third of the size I expected it to be. Made in China...need I say more? The company also refused to take it back. Update 12/27: I see the company just responded to my review stating that they would have given me a full refund. This was never offered in my multiple emails with their support department. Instead they wanted me to watch a video on how to assemble the lamp head. Again, the lamp head socket was too big to securely attach to the swing arm. There were no attachment screws or anything else that would have had the lamp head stay fixed to the swing arm. This was a horrible product and a complete waist of my money and time. Update 12/29: I just received a full refund which was the right thing for them to do. It could have been damaged in shipping.

Great company

This company was wonderful to deal with. There was an issue with my delivery address (my fault) and they were so nice and understanding and resolved the problem. The light fixture arrived in perfect condition and is lovely.
