Terrible company.

I bought a cordless angle grinder and one battery would not charge.I contacted them and was messed about so asked for a refund.It has taken weeks and had no response so had to open a case with Ebay.Thhankfully Ebay did refund me.Terrible company and customer service.

SCAMMER, TO AVOID

I order a phone on AliExpress from the official account of OnePlus, 700 bucks. I was supposed to received it yesterday but no one ring even if I was home. I received the email to told me that I my package have been collected. This company is a scam I'm waiting for an answer but no one answering. I couldn't choose the company when I buy it so it's also a scam from AliExpress. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH THEM, THEY ARE THIEVES.

Delayed, Unreliable, and Disrespectful Delivery

This shipping method is extremely unreliable and shows a lack of respect for customers. Packages are often delayed, with poor tracking and insecure delivery. Services like this should not be allowed to operate in the United States unless they meet basic standards for reliability and customer care. It’s unacceptable compared to trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

1 week 2 days now, no tracking information. Keeps saying not found.

I bought items from a company in Hong Kong. In the 11th of May. It's been a week acne two days. I am unable to track my orders!!! This service is very terrible at least if it's a different delivery company, they'll let me know they're waiting for my package to arriveABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION when i track the code the sender gave me, it keeps saying unknown!!!!3 DIFFERENT PACKAGES I'm expecting. It’s been 62 days and I haven’t…

It’s been 62 days and I haven’t received my items. I’ve contacted this Cainiao shipping company and provided them a tracking number, but they sent me a link back to AliExpress help page. Everyone told be it’s been delivered but when I checked the tracking number it says it hasn’t been delivered.
