MPS901607730285 has been late for two months and no compensation in sight

MPS901607730285 is the tracking number of my parcel which was scheduled to deliver on 24 Dec 2024. As at 4 March 2025, the parcel hasn't been delivered and the delay is more than the longest period allowed. However, in Cainaio record, the parcel is still at their warehouse in Sydney and is not lost. Therefore no compensation. They promised delivery many times but it didn't happen. They also promised someone would contact me to resolve this many times, it didn't happen either. I want compensation and not delivery because their logistics can't be trusted.

Package is lost in Cainiao system. Tracking says arrived at local airport 2 mo m the ago. No import customs clearance mentioned in tracking and no tracking update since. I would give them no stars if that was possible. Avoid sellers that use Cainiao. UPDATE: Provided information requested below 4 days ago and have had ZERO follow-up contact from Cainiao. Automated 'window dressing' it seems.

Inaccurate Parcel Logging and Frustratingly Useless Customer Service

I’ve used Cainiao’s consolidation and forwarding services multiple times, but my most recent experience highlighted a consistent lack of quality control and a frustrating customer service process.A package from my recent shipment was incorrectly logged at the warehouse. Both the weight and dimensions were grossly overestimated: what should’ve been a 17x11x9cm package weighing 0.12kg was recorded as 25x18x14cm and 1kg. Since I had another parcel of the exact same box size from the same seller in the same consolidated shipment, I provided clear photo evidence, placing the boxes side by side with a ruler to demonstrate the discrepancy.Customer service first claimed packages under 1kg are automatically calculated as 1kg—an explanation that made no sense, given that my other packages were logged accurately. (I was referring to the weight and dimensions of this specific package, not the total consolidated shipment.)Next, they suggested I should request remeasurement if I suspect errors in the future. But how am I supposed to identify these errors before receiving my shipment when Cainiao doesn’t provide photos of the packages?I’ve lost hope of resolving this issue and suspect my money is gone. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first disappointing experience with Cainiao. Every interaction with their customer service has been slow, dismissive, and exhausting.If I’m forced to use their services in the future, I’ll insist on reweighing and remeasuring every package—but frankly, I’d prefer to avoid this headache altogether.

The worst company for deliveries

The worst company for deliveries. I don’t advise anyone to use it. They won’t update about your delivery, and they’ll delay your delivery, and when you call them they’ll tell you your address was wrong, the package couldn’t arrive and advise to contact the AliExpress, when clearly the package had already arrived but they wouldn’t deliver. The worst thing is that it was a wedding dress. A had to buy a new one, and now I’m waiting for my refund!!! You guys should respect the customers!!!

I need to know where my package is. why did you attach a photo of my other delivered package to tracking CNG00697539007109 that has no proof of delivery? When I track it online and view the POD View option on your site, I see a photo of another package that was delivered. I need proof of delivery for tracking CNG00697539007109 right now. I've been sending emails for over two days now and no response from them. I will not add my email address here so don't ask me to do that. You can locate it from the tracking number in your system. I need an explanation immediately.There were no updates on this package in question as you did for the others. No delivery email was sent with photos.I need a letter from you to provide to the Merchant because this package was not received.

absolutely ridiculous…

absolutely ridiculous company easily the worse customer handling my package arrived in Singapore on 12/6 and it is now 12/20 and all they’ve been replying me is that theyll hand it over to the relevant department which in turn told me there was nothing they can do except for me to wait as the package was taken to another delivery route. Simple job, simple things can’t even do it right.

Disastrous customer experience and service

I placed an order for a large amount on AliExpress. The package was delivered to the wrong mailbox as shown by the proof of delivery. Customer service has been taking me in circles for over a month. He agrees to provide me with a document to prove the loss and then tells me that they cannot provide me with a document like that. He asks me to wait while he checks with the driver even though I already had this message two weeks before. In short, after more than 20 emails exchanged, the situation is deplorable. Without this document, AliExpress refuses the refund which is also deplorable because they are responsible for the package until delivery. They need to be banned.

2 Packages arrived in the country and one of them is still stuck on "Import customs clearance complete" since the 27th of November and the other one is marked as "The item could not be delivered because the address is incorrect". The seller confirmed that my address was put on and I didn't have any issues with the other company delivering the packages. I tried sending an email and they told me they couldn't do anything. UPDATE: I got the request for tracking information so they can check my packages and then nothing. It turns out that they are only checking if a review is genuine without any intention to help and sort out issues.
