I had an awful experience with Cainiao Shipping. I ordered several items through AliExpress, and this company was responsible for the delivery.First, the delivery was already 2 days late beyond the estimated date. I contacted their support team, and we agreed on a new delivery date. However, they failed to show up again. When I followed up by phone and email, they claimed they had attempted delivery twice but couldn’t access my address because the road was blocked and closed. This is absolutely impossible since I live on a main road where buses and pedestrians pass by regularly.It honestly feels like they’re lying. I even asked for a collection address so I could pick up the parcels myself, but they refused to provide one. Then, they informed me that my parcels would be sent back to China, but they never updated the tracking status. Now I can’t even request a refund because the system doesn’t reflect the return.This has been the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. The lack of transparency, false claims, and refusal to offer solutions make this company feel like a complete scam. Avoid them at all costs.
