I've never had such a bad delivery company. They haven't delivered around 10 orders from aliexpress and aliexpress doesn't want return my money back.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, it is literally always late, plus the driver literally bent my whole mailbox to fit a box that doesnt fit there, just because he didnt feel like walking. Avoid this at all costs

Terrible response time or no response…

Terrible response time or no response at all. Sent emails in regard to a shipment 2 days ago and no replies. Finally got on their chat, after numerous tries.Just terrible and the package will be re-routed but must wait 5-7 days.... already 2 days in the hole here. Would not use if I had a choice.

Joke of a courier company

Joke of a courier company. No updates since 13 March, package has been incredibly slow to update at every stage of the process but then got stuck and has not moved. You guys are kinda forgetting the courier part of courier company.

Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service. Ordered from some where and I guess this is who's suppose to deliver. I did the chat and they took forever to respond to my question about my package. I then asked how can I pick it up or when will it be delivered and then they said we're not open. Wth it was only 11am?!

Recently purchased an item from…

Recently purchased an item from AliExpress. It was a very expensive item. Before purchasing the seller told me it should not take more than 15 days. Now it is more than 15 days. It shows the ETA to be around 16th May. The last update was from 31/03/25 saying " Item leaving the country ". Since then no further updates. I wonder after that recent update how long does it take to arrive to my country. Not long I guess? Made a complaint to their customer service and wrote them a rough E-mail but still no response from their end. I will not try Cainiaio Super Economy again for expensive items anymore given the fact that there are so many complaints about it.

10/10 would not recommend if you can avoid this company.

Ordered something from an ecommerce site with no option to choose courier or what type of service eg. express/economy.I end up with Cainiao economy. 40 day delivery.No shipping updates since march 24. “Leaving china”. Nothing to say it’s arrived in Australia. I highly doubt the planes been flying for 2 weeks or the airports backed up when I’m receiving parcels from other companies.There’s no way of contacting them to find out an exact location so I have very little hope of actually receiving my parcel.

Same as many reviews here, claimed attempted delivery on 1st April. Did not call to enter building (nothing in the call logs) and did not press doorbell, did not leave anything at the door. Everyone was home at time of stated delivery. Now fake calls before delivery and send sms that said in essence 'you did not pick up your call so we will not attempt delivery'. Super irresponsible. Do NOT use cainao direct from Taobao, either NOT buy from Taobao (so many other options for online shopping) or use a 3rd party shipping agent. Delivery service with Cainao deteriorated so bad.

Horrible communication and tracking

I seam to have nothing but bad experiences with this company. Had a package dissapear for a month and then randomly say its In my country but with zero info about it. Now I have 2 other packages that have been in transit somewhere out there and no idea where they r. Left China almost 2 weeks ago and still update at all where they r.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. My package was never delivered, and every time I contact customer support, they just repeat the same line: “It will be delivered in 1–3 days.” It’s been weeks and still nothing. Their customer service is awful — you have to wait on hold forever just to speak to someone who clearly has no real answers. I’ve been more than patient, but this company clearly doesn’t care about their customers. Avoid if you actually want your stuff to arrive.
