Not only hopeless but deceitful too. Ordered Mar 26th. Package was due between April 7th and 11th, first shipment was cancelled on April 16th ( why???) Re-sent on April 22nd (why so long???) "Arrived in home country May 6th . Had to chase them up for delivery. Feeble excuse that they have been too busy. Claimed to have been delivered May 14th. Even though i was at home, no effort was made to contact me. Courier took a photo of my apartment (with no package in the photo) as "proof". Package nowhere to be seen. Obviously trying to fob me off. Lack of communication paramount. Having chased with tracking order, in the end told me to go back to AliExpress. Website still shows as package delivered. No doubt they won't bother to read this review, and just 'cut and paste' their stock answer. How can they believe they are an efficient company, when they are getting complaints daily. Will never buy from AliExpress again! Not only hopeless but shameful too. You have been warned ! Cainiao, don't reply with your stock answer, otherwise you'll be seen as the bunch of amateurs that you are! How can a company like this lie to me!Further update, they claimed it was signed for, but when I keep asking for a photo of the signature and and a photo of the package, they keep avoiding the issue. I know for a fact it was never signed for. Why do they keep lying to me??

This company has the biggest scam going on! the absolute worse experience I've dealt with. I ordered a bracelet with another sheisty company, Unique Leather Bracelets, the end of April. I received notification that my bracelet was due to be delivered 05/13/2025 with a delivery window of 3-6 hours. Mind you, their site said my package had been out for delivery since the early AM. By 8:00 PM, I still hadn't received my package; therefore, I attempted to call the number listed for Unique Leather Bracelet and it's out of order; I then sent an email to Unique, who informed me, your bracelet has been delivered, which it had not. I'm unable to speak with anyone live and the carrier, Cainiao is unreachable-no number to contact them. When I did more research, I learned they have a reputation of "stealing" packages, falsely claiming they delivered packages, etc. I'm extremely upset, as this was going to be a present for someone. Never again! Now, the merchant Unique Leather Bracelet is giving me a hard time about placing a claim.

This is the most unreliable shipper on the planet.I currently have 3 orders nearing 5 months in transit and nothing. I have a more recent order and it now appears to be lost also.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING expensive on Aliexpress that uses this shipper you have a 50/50 chance it will never arrive. If you expect a refund it takes generally 6 months, buy from TEMU if you want to receive your order.

This is my worst experience in the delivery of my order

I ordered product on Aliexpress. The shipping section has information that it will be shipped via Cainiao Heavy Parcel Line and goods will be delivered during Mar. 30 - Apr. 13. The shiping was received by Caiano on Mar 18, and athe last racking updated was Mar 31, that package leaving origin country. There are more that one month no updates. I try to contactact Caiano support, but there no any contat email. All normal logistics companies have contact information, but Caiano shit do not have it.p.s. Caino if you read this message, I will not leave my tracking number and email for everyone here. If you have the courage to prove that you are not a piece of shit, then leave your email here in a reply to my post. If your reply does not include your email, then you are confirming that you are a stinking piece of shit delivery.

Package sitting with no updates over 1 month

Package sitting with no updates for over 21 days... they claim there is "no information" they can provide, and they have "opened a report" multiple times. There is no phone number to call, and their response was to "Reach out to the seller or your bank and file a dispute if you do not wish to wait longer for the investigation to complete". they told me the investigation would take 3 business days... that was a week ago. I reached out again today, i was told "3 more business days". nothing but canned responses.My next call with be to the FTC about this company's practices.

Cheap company will never delivery your parcel no tracking uodates it now 37 days i bought a wallet and this is not just single order but all orders to all countries they will hardly deliver something smoothly. Just imagine 37 days and there is no delivery and nothing i can do

Worst Courier Service/ NO Customer Support What so ever

I guess same as everyone else here, They said wrong address, where my shipping address is registered with Aliexpress, and it's not to advertise one brand over the other, but this Cainiao is very very unprofessional, non support what so ever, provided all the information, requesting updates, and I expected a return of info. NONE. If you call 800 number or whatever, it's complete silence, right after the automated voice mail, you can be holding for hours, which I tried, no one would ever answer. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use CAINIAO as a courier service.

Worst delivery company I've ever seen

Worst delivery company I've ever seen. The delivery people are irresponsible and bad at service. My first bad experience was in December 2024 when a purchase from AliExpress was left in another apartment. Due to the delivery person's laziness. I lost part of my money because they don't give me a 100% refund. Now in April 2025 I bought it again from AliExpress thinking it could be different, but it was even worse. They lost the package and the delivery person said there was a restriction in my area. At the very least, he must have stolen it or was too lazy to deliver it. When I questioned the carrier, they never know, they send an email saying it was lost and now I can't get a refund. The funniest thing is that I receive deliveries from Amazon and USPS every day without any problems. The worst thing is using Chinese services.

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & GROSSLY INCOMPETENT CARRIERHorrific and terrible service. The worst I've ever experienced in my entire life. There was an alleged 'failed delivery attempt", with no delivery notification whatsoever. I'd been watching the tracking progress on the website and saw it fail in real time. No information was provided, other than that my "package is being held at the carrier hub". Well, where in the hell is that? Try to contact them to inquire? It's all Chinese. No contact information, no communication and no Engrish. Guess I'll have to contact my credit card's support to have the charges reversed. My package is lost and there's ZERO evidence of them even attempting to get it to me.In response to your reply....I find it LAUGHABLE that you respond to this negative review... where were you when your response was actually useful? You ask me for information as if you think I haven't been down that road with you people already?
