If I could give negative stars I would. Been waiting for a package for over a month now and the initial issue is them saying they couldn’t read address on shipping label. Whatever sure but then they don’t respond so I have had to open a dispute with my credit card company for the purchase. If you get any hint that this garbage company will be handling logistics avoid the purchase.
If I could rate negative 5 stars...So, they received a parcel of mine in April. They had me send the GPS location and tracking number because they said my location (a location that every other service can deliver to with no problem) was incorrect. After over two months of screwing me around and dragging their feet instead of sending the package, they emailed me telling me to request a refund from the sender because too much time had passed for it to still exist. 1. I answered all questions.2. I gave an alternate address which they delivered another parcel to.3. I had to open a second case.4. They told me to just ask for a refund.I hope every employee has a similar experience. Worthless. Worthless company. Worthless customer service. Worthless management.
Purchased a bike rack from AliExpress and paid £44 postage to delivery it to the UK. Item has been with the cainiao for 22 days and still sitting at the airport waiting a flight, 16 days after clearing export customs and no update on tracking... Why?
So far this delivering company has been a 2 stars it took a long time to even get to my country I waited so long jus to say it was in local carriers and then jus for it to say the day it was supposed to deliver say your phone number wasn't correct therefore you cant get your package I wasn't even receiving phone messages I was receiving emails and updates by aliexpress im confused I emailed them abt it will rewrite this review if it changes. It changed they kept telling me to contact aliexpress abt this issue even tho it was there issue the lady on aliexpress helped me alot and had to have the superior people on the case and now that is happening all because I wanted some posters.
this company said they delivered my package to me, but this is not true. They delivered a package to the wrong house and once I confirmed it with pictures of my home. The delivery driver confirmed by showing pictures of someone else’s home and not mine, because the delivery person said it was delivered. They will not give me the proper documentation needed so that I can be refunded. I asked for an investigation and it was confirmed that my package was missing or lost, and they still would not give me documentation so that I can be reimbursed by the merchant. This is terrible. No one should have to experience this. It’s bad enough, having thieves to steal your packages but when the delivery company takes the package to the wrong house and will not give you documentation needed so that you can be refunded. This is theft on a whole new level.
This was terrible, package claims it was delivered at the same time it went out for delivery but I have yet to receive ANYTHING for at least 5 days straight. I’ve contacted Cainiao’s support email which then they said to contact Aliexpress, and I did that too. I have talked to THREE Aliexpress agents that claim they’ll help me get my package delivered but yet — it’s still sitting in the warehouse in my city! Awful support, all I wanted was my package.
