Either they, or their customer, could not organise a F in a brothel. Aliexpress uses them to Finland. I have over 10 parcels sitting at customs all due to deficient paperwork for Customs (other Finns claim no problems) but another thread on Reddit says there's been problems for many for a longer time. Even an article in a newspaper about it. So the parcels get sent back as nobody gives customs info (the customer, e.g. me, cannot do anything. Aliexpress's own system shows different info and the joke of customer service just robotically tells me to go and fetch my parcel and ignores claims for non delivery or customs problems on this bad info.Aliexpress has other service problems too, as my credit card knows (won the chargeback) and now have a massive new one for several hundred euros over the transactions to file. The paperwork evidence took an hour plus to save out.I just want the gadgets... not the hassle.They posted an update below weeks after this... it is the same BS to others. It you wait weeks to 'want to help' we know the outcome. Oh other packages got the same 'love' too from this waste of space company.
Liars claimed that my package was in "transit" yet nothing was changed and its been stuck at a "local delivery center" FOR DAYS when it should have been delivered by now. If I don't get it by 26th, its over for them. It's CNUSUP00017499883
I have several dozen packages delivered to my address each week. Caniao did not even attempt to deliver, and instead my tracking updated to "Your package delivery was unsuccessful. Unknown or incorrect addresses."This is demonstrably false. Caniao is LYING. The package is absolutely deliverable and the address is 100% correct.I reached out to Caniao via email with explicit instructions and a detailed MAP of where my location is and I have not received a response. Even SpeedX is better than them, they at least replied to me.Canoiao support - my tracking number is CNUSUP00017593331EDIT: Delivery courier literally ran by without stopping and YEETED the box at my door. Looking at the shipping label, all information was correct, so the "Unknown or incorrect addresses." error is absolutely false and a lie.
Delivered to a wrong addressCourier should take more care when delivering parcels. My parcel from China was delivered in the enclosed and locked mailbox of my neighbor, who is away for a long time, so I will be late with my urgent project.
