If you order something from outside the USA and you see tracking CNUSUP, you will know you will not receive your shipment. They marked it as an attempted delivery on the tracking, but they did not. The cameras did not show that they were in the neighborhood. They did not answer emails and phone calls. Remember to ask the seller how they would ship. If they use this company, just cancel your order. Amazon and Aliexpress' sellers use them for their cheap rates, but they have to pay their customers back. It's wasting your time. 5/19/2025: Did not receive the order. Filed 4 complaints 6 times with this company. There were no responses. Do not use them. If you are a buyer on Amazon, Temu, AliExpress tell them not to ship with this company. 6/25/2025: Did not receive my shipment. Cainao did not try to find where my package is. Did not respond to any phone calls or emails.
Have arrived on this website as what appears to be my only recourse for items delivered (eventually) and completely the wrong size - no invoice - a label in chinese under the royal mail no help. I am returning the goods to cainiao.com with a covering letter in the hope that a refund will eventually forthcoming. Did pay through PayPal so there may be some recourse there. Really need to not be "drawn in" with these tempting on-line sales adverts, definitely not what advertised!
Cainiao claimed they delivered a product at my place in the mailbox, but nothing in there. Quite strange because there was someone at home, they didn't ring. The parcel would have been way to large to fit the mailbox, and no proof of delivery whatsoever. Replied to this complaint they would contact me within 48hrs, still no news
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The parcel they delivered today was all broken up. The Company who sold it have not put an invoice in, a return label, nothing. It must have cost all of £1.50 to manufacture. It is such poor quality I am surprised it is not broken more. I can only assume after reading all the dismal TRUSTPILOT feedback that the seller and the Courier are the same company. Total fraudsters, who Trading Standards should investigate and close down. Terrible.
Absolutely Atrocious Shipping, Customer Service and All Around Of a Company.I rebuilt My Hayabusa Ordered a few Parts from Aliexpress, including the last 1, Which was Critical to completing, The Decat Midlink Pipe, I Ordered on March 15th 2025, It Arrived at Cainiao Delivery Center March 20th, Out for Delivery March 24th, Evening of the 25th I get a Alert 'Delivery attempt unsuccessful.Delivery delayed' Went to Chat with Cainaio customer service on whatsapp next mourning, 26th waiting in cue of 47, get down to 2 in cue Customer service is now closed, Went back in cue of 27, Finally chat with a agent, Your package is in processing, Will be delivered in 24-48 hrs, 2 days nothing, back in chat with these people for 4 days straight with Blowing smoke up my Arse an getting the run around, File a claim with aliexpress Tues the 1st, 30 mins after filing now i get a alert package out for delivery, 2 days no package, Back to chat, Each time i got to 2nd in Cue from 50,47,28 It would cut off Customer service is closed, Finally get through to chat still same thing pkg is processing, Look up the phone number an call, Agent says we need a acess code for mail room, Gave them my phone number have driver call an ill let them in,as they delivered 12 other packages here before or after leasing office was open/closed Never needed a code before. Finally on March 3rd package delivered at 6:51pm After finishing My Bike an Missing the week of 80 degree weather I will NEVER buy anything from Aliexpress if Cainaio is the delivery company!
My parcels arrived in Malaysia on March 10, 2025, and cleared customs on March 11, 2025. Yet, as of today (March 24, 2025), they have still not been delivered to my home.What’s even worse is that all three delivery parties involved are pushing the responsibility around, with no one providing a clear answer. One of them even claimed that the seller had canceled the shipment—an obvious lie, as I never requested any cancellation, and the tracking information confirms that the parcels are already in Malaysia.Since March 14, I have been calling the local delivery company assigned by Cainiao and reaching out to Cainiao’s online support. Every time, they ask me to be patient, promise to expedite the process, and claim that a specialist will handle the issue—nothing but empty words. To this day, neither I nor any of the three incompetent companies know the exact location of my parcels.Cainiao’s online customer service still has the audacity to tell me to "be patient" and insists that their protocol allows for 18 days of delivery time. I asked the representative—if she were in my position, could she remain patient after so many days of waiting, only to realize that no one has a clue where the parcels are?This is unacceptable. The level of irresponsibility and poor service from these delivery companies is disgraceful. Taobao should be ashamed. This might very well be my last order from Taobao, as I am seriously considering switching to another platform. I refuse to accept such incompetence and disregard for customers.27 Mar 2025:Despite the 48-hour deadline passing, I have yet to receive the promised email. The designated "specialist" assigned to my case has only disseminated generic, boilerplate information, failing to provide any specific or actionable details that could contribute to resolving the matter. While it is possible to respond to these generic communications, one should not anticipate a timely or substantive reply from their team. 4 Apr 2025As of now, there has been no update regarding the issue. I formally requested a refund under the company’s *maximum delivery time policy*, but my claim was denied, despite their customer service team explicitly acknowledging customers’ rights to such recourse. For transparency, I have meticulously documented all correspondences with the company as evidence. Given the contradictory responses and lack of resolution, I strongly suspect this may be a fraudulent operation.
Cainiao is where a parcel goes to die. No longer will accept them for shipment.Update 1/4/25: Note that I was contacted 6 days ago by Global Cainiao. I provided them with 4 tracking numbers from my Aliexpress account that have recently gone missing. After promising me a response within 48 hours I have nothing.
