My first experience with cainiao was when they delivery my packages to me. One of my package was a gaming sofa for my gaming desk. The delivery man told me the package was too big to fit my door, he could help to unpack it then bring it in with a cost. I was busy at the point of time so i told the delivery man just leave it outside the house, i will deal with it later. After i was done with my video conference meeting i went out wanting to unpack the package and bring it in, but i realize that even without unpacking it, i could bring it through the door into my home. Are the just lazy or are they demanding for extra money?My second experience with cainiao was when 1 of my package (same batch with the gaming sofa) wasn't delivered after all the other packages was delivered. i reach out to them and they told me they will check and get back to me within 2 days. Well i must say they did well, as promise they got back to me on the second day. However the response was they are still checking and will get back to me within 2 days. Till date i have received at least 5 of the same SMS. I really do not understand what kind of 'checking' are they performing that will last 10+days with no result. Till now my problem is still not resolved....My 3rd experience with cainiao was my packages failed to deliver due to unable to contact me. On the very same day i saw the status of my packages i got back to them immediately, they reconfirm my address and phone number and told me they will let the delivery team know. I asked the customer service can the delivery still be made today? they told me it will take 2-3days to reschedule the delivery. The next day, i went into the app to check the status of my packages, still in the same (unable to contact) status, and my phone number was wrong... so i contact their customer service again to let them know about the wrong contact number. i again asked when can the delivery be made, the customer service told me they already made an effort to let the delivery team expedite my case, it will take another 2-3days for the delivery to be reschedule.... Now I'm confuse, expediting my case or not its gonna take 2-3days to hopefully resolve my problem. what kind of expedite is this? Now after reading the feedback and rating of cainiao.. im worried.. will i get my packages at all?My 4th experience with cainiao 3/18.I woke up 8am in the morning, was having my breakfast while reading the papers. At around 9am i went into cainiao app to check the status of my packages. Guess what? The status of my packages says delivery failed due to me not home, time 8.51amThis is ridiculous, i am home this whole time, nobody came to deliver anything yet the status shows failed delivery... I tried to contact the customer service again, as usual no help at all, just ask me to wait for reschedule.
AliExpress and Cainiao SCAM SCAM Here is two good ones, I stopped payment on all of these items and have won back the money: I ordered a Generator and they sent me a PICTURE/Photocopy of a generator...not an actual generator and I also ordered a power washer and they sent me a piece of string!!JOKE SCAM SAM SCAM Aliexpress.com are thieves and scammers.Aliexpress SCAM COMPANY RUN AWAY
The driver who dropped off my package from AliExpress STOLE another package that was at my door. It is impossible to get in touch with this company. I want to file charges against this driver, my neighbor witnessed him park his black SUV, drop his package and steal mine.
Horrible company. Either madde my goods cant be delivered or sent wrong items. THEY WILL ENSURE YOUR THINGS GO MISSING WHEN YOU HAVE BIG ORDERS. TOTAL SCAM. TAO BAO & CAI NIAO HORRIBLE. When contacting tao bao or cao niao they always give excuses. Horrible companies.
Many packages were delivered to the wrong house used their own images to fight with them. Had to fight and beg for refunds as well. Now I have packages out for delivery for 2 days and finally hear back from them telling me to wait another 48 to 72 hours for delivery. My punishment for snapping I assume. Went out and purchased extra large BLACK numbers for my address to help them see my home, yet nothing! This company is used as the cheapest resort and it shows! Update finally delivered
worst shipping company. they write that they have been through with my package but without success. it is a complete lie and next they write that I can pick up the parcel from my local parcel point. They do not write where I can collect my package from. We have 100 parcel locations! this company is terrible!
Multiple parcels go missing at Cainiao... Going on 5months now... package still missing in action, last tracking... "Received at Destination Post" then poof... Now I have 3 other packages going on a few months now... what is going on at Cainiao?
I purchased something from AliExpress (I shouldn't have because they always take forever to get to Australia compared to Temu but alas Temu didn't sell what I wanted)Now I understand that when I made my purchase it was Chinese New Year that was fine I didn't mind having to wait because it's their celebration according to the Salah that was sent on whatever day and apparently arrived in Australia and arrived at the local airport which would be Tullamarine our major international airport in Melbourne it's been there since February 22nd it is now March 9th. aliexpress have been hopeless, and the seller has said they've sent it which I don't doubt but now I'm being told it's being sent through Australia Post no it's not because if it was it would automatically be added to my Australia Post account.It was only $4 AU all up but that's not the point the point is I purchased something that's taken well over a month to get here where you have Temu having a package arrive within a week and a lot of the sellers that are on AliExpress are also on Temu so I do not understand why it takes so long I have even requested that from here on out Australia Post should be the only courier that they use. There's also no way to contact cainio and given ALL the negative reviews on trust pilot you'd think they'd do something about it.Is it them or the couriers in Australia causing all this unnecessary drama?Cainio don't even bother asking for my email address on here because there's no way I'm giving that kind of info out for all to see.
