Review Time
About 60% or more of my deliveries go to a different address several streets away. I have emailed the support team every time- they used to apologize and say they'd do something to fix this issue but now they don't even respond. It's incredibly frustrating that can't resolve this simple problem
Caniao sent me a email telling ne to pickup my package. I have purchased several items recently from Aliexpress. I called Caniao several times and have waited for a agent to answer. After 36 minutes there on hold music stops. No help. Not even a address for for item pickup. I paid for delivery, that's what I should get.
Cainiao failed to deliver my package and it said "Incorrect shipping details". The things is, my details were all %100 correct, and i even ordered a parcel from 4PX with the same information and it came here just a while ago. I tried contacting cainiao, but they were not responsive, despite the several emails i sent. If cainiao is willing to help me, I would still cooperate with them if they reply to this review.
I ordered something on Amazon. The courier who was supposed to deliver it was Cainiao. The tracking page says the package was delivered to my home. But I have never received it. I asked for information and they said that they might have delivered to a neighbour. I live in a building of seven floors. In sum, none of my neighbours has seen this package. Terrible experience
Cainiao claims my parcel is at its destination. Not true the local postal provider as well as custom state it never arrived in the country so does the website from Universal postal union. After contacting Cainiao they claimed the last service provider is a company that does not only operate in my country, but does not operate on this part of my continent where I live. A company that so clearly has problems with the truth can't be trusted and one should not do business with a company like this.
I don't understand the delivery should had been made a week ago.I tried reaching out they don't offer any help, or solutions, now they are telling me that the company will be shut down for a customs inspection ant the package will be delayed even longer, this company is a nightmare.
I ordered something from ALIEXPRESS that used this carrier. Their online tracking says it arrived to Australia over 4 weeks ago but provides no further details. To date, it has not yet arraived and no-one is able to provide any further information. Having ordered many things online, a hold-up at our end (in Australia) is unlikely so I'm questioning whether this is a legitimate carrier.
