I’m beyond furious with this courier…

I’m beyond furious with this courier service. I contacted them, and they flat-out refuse to take responsibility for their mistake, even though they previously said they would. They promised to send me a document confirming the package was lost because of *them*. The delivery photo clearly shows the package wasn’t delivered to the proper location. Instead, they *threw it next to the trashcan*. Nobody contacted me. The package wasn’t placed in the lockers or even inside the package room. Just because the package was dumped *somewhere* near the address doesn’t mean it’s “delivered.” What kind of service is this? They literally throw people’s packages wherever they feel like in the building and mark them as delivered—it’s unacceptable. I’m livid. I don’t have my product, and I’m losing money because of their incompetence. What am I supposed to do now? They even sent me a photo of the package sitting next to the trashcan, where people dump their mail. That’s a publicly accessible area where deliveries are *not* allowed. There’s a clear sign at the entrance stating this, and they blatantly ignored it. This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever dealt with!

Legitimately had like 4 deliveries from…

Legitimately had like 4 deliveries from them all go to completely random addresses. Usually they like dumping my stuff at Churches, I genuinely have no idea why.I've started emailing them with pictures of my house on google maps, and telling them their couriers are retarded. I've told Aliexpress to stop shipping my shit through Cainiao, but welp they can't stop.

Just do your job, and eventualy they did.

I got a tracking notification, delivered and signed for.No package recieved and I didn't sign.Once again I have to jump through hoops to get my money back. I stopped buying goods from AliExpress for this reason, lost packages. I hoped that after a year it might have gotten better. First order, same thing.I'm glad there is an other platform now.I got a request for aditional information, so I did.The item got delivered 5 days later, by Pedler. No hoops and I was surprised.

Wrong way to provide customer service…

Wrong way to provide customer service to your client, never solve problems/ complaints, never get a refund. Won't use it again!Bought items on Nov, 2024, today is Dec 28, 2024. Paid more than CAD 400.00+ delivery fee, and they said due to canada post strike.... we have ups, fedex, intelcom, so many local delivery service companies, they use canada life to delivery your packages. That's crazy!

The worst postal company in the world

The worst postal company in the world. I am waiting for a package for a month, the status hasnt changed for 17 days, they reply to all my emails to wait patiently, because the package is in NORMAL transit. Nobody knows exactly where the packages is, where is stuck, I have 230 $ locked because of this joke of postal company. Never ever recommend this!

Worst support to ever exist

“Hi,I use the Dongguan cainiao warehouse location with my account id [redacted]So far I have been using your services for less than three weeks and have had numerous problems. I had one package go missing when it got to the warehouse, another with half the contents missing, and now one more I’m seeing that arrived only has half the weight.I don’t know if this is an employee issue or a merchant issue, or a postal issue, but it keeps happening. I have requested images for the packages multiple times but I never receive them. I sent proof that it’s not in my taobao messages, and everytime I’m told to wait 2 working days. This is now the third time I have been told to wait for a specific package (which an employee said only has half the items). They also said they have images but can’t send them to me. That I would need to wait until two working days later, which I don’t understand why?For one of my missing packages as well, the merchant refuses to assist me, but cainiao can still request the delivery receipt on their side since they have the account (cainiao) phone number used for my delivery information. I tried to check this, but it sends a verification code to the number under the tracking information. I can’t keep waiting 2 days over and over again, because I don’t know if my request will be fulfilled, and time will run out to lodge a complaint if the merchant is at fault.I already faced one issue where I had to ship an item soon, and I kept waiting over and again for the images. I couldn’t wait any longer for a request that won’t be fulfilled, as I needed the products for my customers. Due to this I shipped the package without the images, and ended up getting scammed by the merchant (they bait and switched me). I lost thousands on that for the cost of the items and shipping. I really don’t know what’s going on at the warehouse but I would appreciate it if someone can contact me back so we can figure out what is going on with my requests and items that keep going missing.”I sent the above as an email to global CAINIAO support as a last ditch effort, since their regular support channels were all incompetent and useless, I even sent a screenshot inside THEIR APP, showing my packages, the internal logistics number and tracking information. This was their response:“Sorry, the tracking number you provided cannot be found in our system. Please contact the customer service of the trading platform when you place an order”I seriously don’t get it. I literally sent screenshots inside their app, and yet it doesn’t exist? I don’t even know what to say, except for avoid this scam company. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
