Review Time
My order was confirmed on Nov. 22, 2024, it is now Jan. 8, 2025, The tracking page saysAbnormal status (43 days).I exchanged an email with them, they said it would be delivered 'asap' on December 11, 2024.Still nothing, and they have stopped responding to email.
I ordered an item through Aliexpress and it said it would be delivered by January 3rd, 2025. This isn't the first time a package I ordered has gone missing. I've also has a similar experience with the suspicious shipping company UniUni, who's driver left my package in front of a matinence closet and then stole it. On December 31st, 2024, Cainiao said the delivery was unsuccessful because the delivery person decided to deliver it outside of the mail room hours. So I email Cainiao, 3 times over a few days and finally get a response. I tell them the mailroom hours and give specific instructions. It's currently January 9th and there's been no update on my package since December 31st, 2024. I emailed Cainiao again and they said they're informing a higher up and that they'll get back to me in 5 days; however, I feel like I will have to email them again for them to respond to this issue. The tracking number also changed from starting with CN to LP so I am genuinely confused as to why it would change randomly.I just filed a refund request on Aliexpress and I hope Cainiao will pay for the lost package because of their negligence.Tracking: LP00703577190392 (previously CNUSUP00011150797)
My package has been sitting in a warehouse since November 22. As my business set up depends on the materials ordered, this has caused delay and financial loss. I need this to be resolved asap or receive compensation. *my earlier post about this resulted in a couple of calls from CAINIAO but no real solution.
Non-shipment. Package supposedly picked up but never left source country for weeks. No further details were available. Happened not once but twice and likely a third time. One word. Hopeless. If I ever see CN as shipper, I'm not buying. Now I'm thinking if I shd just cancel my 3rd package
Package not delivered. Tracking says out for delivery, I was home all day and didn’t receive it. Next attempt was an entire week later, still home all day and never received it. I believe tracking details are lies. Just read what other people have to say.
The customer can disconnect the convos halfway and just said will feedback. I do not need a customer care to convey my message. Even you provide feedback, no replied from them for weeks. This is the worst online shopping i have encountered.
