I never received my package and it said…

I never received my package and it said it was delivered. Shein won't reimburse me and they sent me a picture of where it was delivered. It was not my house or any other house on my street. I have no idea where it was delivered! I have yet to find a way of getting in contact with anyone about this matter. I received a response from Cainio through Trust Pilot saying someone would be in contact with me through email within 48 hrs. It's past 48 hrs and I'm still waiting to hear from Cainio about my order.

The worst experience,I did ordered from aliexpress and my package was delivered at wrong adress, clearly not my house, they aliexpress and PayPal refused to refund me money I would never ordered from them again .

Unreliable service.

Any time my AliExpress parcel is sent through Cainiao, I absolutely know I’m not going to get it.Ten times out of ten, once the item reaches my country, it never gets past that stage in the cycle. It arrives in Canada and that’s the last I’ll ever hear about it. It’s getting to the point where AliExpress gives me a hard time every time I submit a ticket, and I’m forced to wait ridiculous amounts of time for a small refund.And then I’m asked for evidence that I didn’t get my item. Like… what? How do I prove I don’t have something? Apparently the stagnating tracking history isn’t enough.Almost at my wit’s end with Cainiao. If AliExpress does not re-evaluate their working relationship with them, I will be shopping elsewhere.

Waited for package from Aliexpress and…

Waited for package from Aliexpress and it shows passed to my local courier. Waited from 16th Jan 2025 and sent emails telling me to wait.Yesterday 29th Jan 2025 got email from them said it's lost in transit and asked process refund.Went to Aliexpress but can't process refund saying have to wait until 12th March.Unreliable! Will not be buying from Aliexpress at the moment.

Rather assist scammers than customers

My package was delivered to the wrong address I tracked it to east midlands (I live In east Anglia)I sent tracking number they replied asking for a tracking number then asking me lots of irrelevant questions as I provide proof only to be told to contact them on the website to push me to the back of the same queue where it's the same address as the person who told me to go to the website just messing me around to help scammers but I already sent them the proof

5 parcels missing.

I’ve had 5 parcels go missing since December. No updates given after they arrive in Australia and no parcels. They say get a refund from AliExpress and you have to wait 60days for that. But I didn’t order for the fun of it. I needed the items. What happened to AliExpress not using Cainiao anymore? Now I pay for shipping so I can track it and receive it. Cainaio is completely incompetent. I’ll do anything not to go through them. I’ve been in touch with Cainaio and their response was no answers. They have no idea where my parcels are.

A company full of liars and people…

A company full of liars and people unwilling to work, who claim that I refused to accept the delivery several times even though they didn't even try to deliver it, I work from home. Is this really still tolerated in China? Shame on you!!!

Thieves. Horrible service. Never got my packages

They are thieves. This is a follow-up. I still didn't receive my packages prducts I ordered in october and november 2024. They have still not provided a document saying that the packages were not delivered with a stamp and a signature. As a result Aliexpress refused to reimburse me. Horrible service. I sincerely advice sellers not to use their service as they are thieves. I have registered a police complaint as well.
