Review Time
Have ordered shutters from them over many years but it seems they have cut their customer service offering since I last bought? I always valued that the company telephoned to check the order details (measurement / choice of shutter etc) were correct after placing an order on line. This time I looked for a number to call before ordering but couldn’t find one so emailed to ask for some clarifications including asking about the confirmation process only to be told (by email response) that they don’t provide the confirmation call service any more. Cut out their technical support offering perhaps? Be aware that this could easily lead to ordering the wrong size or type of shutter unless you confidently feel you have the expertise to do it all yourself. Also the videos to show ‘how to’ had not all been updated to reflect the current products. I made a few mistakes in ordering (nothing serious fortunately) so could live with the end result but I probably won’t use them again - if I had got it wrong it would have cost be over £600 since you can’t sent a product back. It is entirely upon the customer to get the measurements and choice of shutter correct!
