Review Time
I purchased a tennis bracelet, which I absolutely loved until it just disappeared off my hand one day. There wasn't a problem with a clasp before and I kept the side lock tight .. but it was gone. I have seen some previous comments with the same issue, shame... the design needs to be reviewed.. it is an expensive loss and I didn't have the bracelet for that long. Very upsetting
Wow! Beautiful earrings and they came the next day. I’d been worried that they wouldn’t arrive in time for my daughter to wear to The Palace where she is getting a New Years honour. I emailed Carat and Leanne was so helpful and very kind. The earrings are so beautiful. I cannot recommend this company enough. Fantastic jewellery and amazing customer service.

I needed to make sure if i ordered a ring for my sister in laws birthday that it would be delivered on time so i contacted customer services and i have to say i've never been more impressed! A lovely lady called Leanne told me they had one in stock and if i ordered and gave her my order number she would make sure it was delivered asap. I gave her the order number and the ring was despatched the next day! Absolutely excellent service! Will definitely buy again.
I ordered a set of lab diamond hoops and ear huggers and I am so impressed with the quality. They were gifts for my sisters 40th birthday and from order to delivery it took 2 days for them to arrive with me. I spoke with a very helpful member of the carat team at their wimbledon store. I am almost certain that her name was Julia. She did everything she could to help me with the quick turnaround time I needed.The packaging of the jewellery is luxury and really presented the jewellery nicely as a gift.It felt good to have gifted an item that would be a talking point for its sustainability and eye catching sparkle!
Fabulous ring, great quality and sparkle. I would definitely recommend and will probably make further purchases. 😁Delivery was a bit slow but as soon as I contacted Leanne it was on its way. Very responsive and helpful customer services. A word of advice to anyone buying online as I did, make sure you are certain of the size you need. I used various techniques recommended online to find my ring size but unfortunately got it wrong but I will wear it on my middle finger rather than exchange.
